I was absolutely confused and clueless when I had to do the application for the required information and a lovely lady who works at the office in Luton helped me with the whole situation and she took time out to give me the help that I needed, even to the point of rearranging her own dinner time so as she could help me. Which I am very grateful for. She went out of her way to get my details hastened up so as I had no problems when it came to move into the new property. I honestly don't know any other company that goes out of their way to help their customers. I would highly recommend the company named (PROMPTMOVE ESTATES). I am very satisfied with the ease and personal support and help from them. Especially the lady who was helping me out. My new property is very clean and new and things like washing machine and tumble dryers are available to you in the property. And I know of no other property company that provide such things as a tumble dryer and washing machine. For the rent I am very happy to pay for every month because the property is absolutely worth it. To end my comment about the company is just this, I am very impressed with the way they help you and are very well mannered and polite and if it wasn't for the lady named (Kira) who helped me I would have been at a loss. My opinion is Very impressive they are.
