I cannot recommend this company enough. They moved us wonderfully well with quiet efficiency. The guys packed everything extremely well, showing care and attention to the more fragile items. Moving home can be stressful but, thanks to Robinsons, the whole operation went smoothly with superb communication throughout. We’re very pleased we chose them for our move.

Rob could not have been more helpful throughout the whole moving process. His men worked tirelessly and without complaint at the many trips up and down the stairs with heavy loads. They arrived on time, worked until the job was finished, were polite and careful all day. Definitely recommend and would use them again.

A quick update: We've completed a total of four home quotes, and Robert was the only one from outside our town. I can confidently say that he was knowledgeable, professional, and transparent with his costs. The quote was promptly sent via email after the home visit and was very clear and competitive. These guys are amazing. Rob and Petar helped me move a few weeks back. Rob came round the week before to give me a personalised quote and stayed fixed on the quote, even when things got complex on the moving day. Bought them both coffee as an extra thank you. Amazing ?? saved us from a nightmare, our original removal man cancelled on the day 1 hr before they was meant to come to us....called Robinson removals and they was able to get a guy out and help us move in great time and with no hassle! We received a great service for our 2-bedroom flat move which included disassembling and reassembling all the furniture. Piortek and Radek did an amazing job. Movers arrived on time and were very punctual. They were very quick and efficient in the way they work. Furniture was well secured and handling of boxes was done with proper care. Brilliant service from Rob's team. We had to move on a Monday. Their competitors wanted 3 days to do the job. Rob's guys arrived early and worked late and got us moved from Reading to East Sussex on the same day. Lucas and his 2 colleagues were cheerful, careful and very hard working. Moving house is hell, but we are very glad we went with this firm.

We could not complete on our chosen date & our removal company could not do the new date. Rob & his team stepped in at the last minute, then we had another delay but Rob & co covered that as well. Absolutely first class service. After a very stressful sale which involved many changes of dates, Robbie and his team came to our rescue at short notice and could not have been more helpful , efficient and professional , even going to the lengths of meeting us where the furniture was stored to ensure everything was satisfactory.
