Not very professional…

After being referred to Trevor and his team through Facebook, we reached out to them when our original removal company was unable to accommodate our scheduled move. Trevor promptly provided us with a quote for both packing and removal the following morning. The detailed quote was sent later that day, and after conducting a comparison with quotes from other companies, we found it to be the most competitive. On the day before the move, Trevor and his team arrived on schedule to pack as many items as possible in preparation for the main move. They worked diligently and efficiently, successfully packing away all of our belongings. They even provided a large number of boxes and four cardboard clothes rails for our clothing. On the day of the move, Trevor and his team were understanding and supportive, recognizing the stress that comes with moving. They expertly packed and loaded all of our possessions, ready for us to receive the keys later that day. The unpacking process was a breeze, and Trevor's team went the extra mile to ensure that all of our furniture was reassembled properly and boxes were delivered to their designated rooms. We would not hesitate to recommend them and will undoubtedly contact them again if we move in the future (although we hope that won't be for many years to come).

Trevor and his movers were timely, professional and offered a quality service. We experienced a delay getting the keys to our new home due to the solicitor not managing the completion of sale and the entire TJG waited 4.5 hours with us until the issue was resolved. They could have easily just said they needed to move onto another job, but they moved things to support us through the difficult and stressful time. Very ethical and excellent service. Very disappointing, we agreed the cost & instructed the moving of 7 items of gym equipment. Received email to say vehicle was in garage, then emailed again to say they didn't have enough staff available and I should use another company. What should have been a very simple job caused a lot of inconvenience, unprofessional service.
