We moved from Birmingham to Omagh. The service was great and very professional. Communication leading up to the day of removals was very clear and we knew what to expect. On the day, Sarah who drove the removal lorry, was very well organised and everything was removed from the house very quickly and efficiently. We used these great friendly guys to remove our house contents in County Down, store them for 6 weeks while our new house in Fife was completed and then deliver the stuff to our new home. Asking VK Removals & Storage to transport my belongings from London to Northern Ireland was one of the best decisions I have made. Before the move they gave me great advice and provided me with packaging I needed for my collections of CDs, DVDs etc. and the collection itself was professionally handled by a friendly team. The storage rates were very reasonable and the delivery to my new home was efficiently handled and on time, again by a very friendly team. All my possessions were well looked after while in storage. I was so impressed in fact that I advised my brother to work with VK Removals when he was moving from London to Northern Ireland six months after me! He had already done some research and found that VK Removals were more reasonable than other companies with their estimates and when they collected his possessions and returned them he found, like me, that they were incredibly friendly, helpful and reliable. VK Removals delivered an incredible removal service; it was smooth, secure and really efficient. It's not the easiest to shift an entire apartment, furniture both large and small, from North London to Northern Ireland. They made it so easy - that you don't have to think about it. The only negative thing to say is that there were a few scratches on different items of furniture/sofas so would have been good if certain pieces could have been wrapped.

From start to the delivery of our house items from UK to Ireland the whole VK team were brilliant . They were clean with all communication,- answered all questions over email within a day. I had such a great experience with this company. Extremely helpful from the get go, normally moving and packing is a stressful process. However I had zero stress using this company. I was moving from Liverpool city centre to Rock, Co.Tyrone, Northern Ireland. They were easy to contact, I knew exactly what was happening and when they would be arriving. We moved in the middle of the Covid 19 crisis and found the team extremely professional. Originally dealing with Karen, all packing material arrived and on the day 2 very helpful young men worked extremely hard, taking great care with our belongings. When the lorry arrived at our new home we were delighted to see the same faces and they went above and beyond the call of duty. Vinnie came and met us, very friendly and professional. I had a beautiful chest of drawers delivered today from England to N. Ireland .
I was contacted in the morning to ask if I would be in , and then again an hr
before my delivery. Great customer service!, Sarah said it would be delivered around 12
And at 11.59 their van arrived into my drive. Sarah and Gerard then proceeded to lift the chest out and deliver it into my home . It was not only wrapped up with bubble wrap but with a great big blanket too.

This is a bit of late review but better late than never. Sarah, Shea, Jamie and Aidan turned up early to our house (fortunately on a cold but dry November day), awaiting our house contents arrival from southern England. It eventually turned up in such a massive truck which filled the road, luckily Sarah guided the truck driver up next door's driveway, as no one was actually living there and they decanted our possessions smoothly and professionally into their lorries and then into our new home in the middle of the countryside in Northern Ireland. What a great young team, so energetic and thoughtful. Thanks Team VK you were excellent and if we hadn't have had our possessions in storage locally to where we used to live, we would have used you to move us completely.

We've moved house seven times in the last 10 years and using VK removals was by far the smoothest & easiest experience. We used VK Removals to go from Cambridge to Dublin and had great support from the office staff and Sarah & her team. Our items arrived before we did and were all placed into rooms. Nothing damaged in transit! Great service would use them again in a heartbeat.

Absolutely faultless service. I needed to have a small apartment's worth of belongings moved from a storage unit in Wandsworth in London to my parents house in Cork and as this was my first time using a removal company, I was very apprehensive. Both Vinnie and Karen were excellent in terms of arrangements and answering my many queries. The cost of the move was very competitive and date and times of collection were very flexible.

Sarah was the driver and she was fantastic! Her communication was excellent prior to collection. She loaded everything up and wrapped my furniture and other items carefully, I had no concerns whatsoever about all of my stuff.

She collected on Saturday and delivered everything on Wednesday without a hitch. Again, communication was excellent prior to the drop off and my parents were delighted with her service on their side.

Excellent service. Karen was so friendly and easy to chat to, so accommodating when our completion date got knocked back. On the morning of the move Karen rang to advise they were on their way, and were right on time. From there on everything was effortless. TV and mirrors, pictures were all beautifully packed, and mattresses and sofas wrapped. Not one thing was damaged, and everything was transported to our new home promptly and without fuss. There was not one bit of stress involved in the whole removal process, it was all done with a laugh and a bit of craic. Second time i have used VK-Removal, two 5 star jobs. I needed a pretty expensive product transported from England to Ireland, and the main problem was i couldn't trust other companies but i knew 100% it would be safe with VK. It also happened to be a good bit cheaper than my other quotes. Furthermore, if you have any questions you can always directly ring or msg to get a quick reply. Highly recommended, their is no reason to use any other company so don't.

Driver called an hour in advance to advise of his arrival. Arrived with large, well equipped, fully branded, very modern lorry. Quick and unfussy loading.

Same process on other end a couple of days later. Again, phoned in advance to notify of arrival time. Turned up on time in the right place - this time in a new, branded van. Again unfussy and helpful unloading.

Will definitely use again - have more to move!

Vinnie and the team did an excellent job moving all my belongings with great care to my new home in New Zealand and everything arrived in pristine condition. Hello Everyone, Just want to take a moment to thank the amazing guys at VK Removals Limited​. Moving back from London had his stressful moments and after we'd secured the moving date, my Landlord told me he was selling my bed before I moved out!! So nightmarishly, I asked if we could move the date forward (and this was less than a month from d-day) and Karen was so helpful and able to fit me in. Vinnie and Cahill arrived bang on time, the poor guys in 35 degree heat, but were absolute stars. Boxes, suitcases and a bike all arrived in perfect condition. If you need to get anything across the Irish Sea, whether its one thing or a house full, I'd give these guys a call. Made a rather stressful time a lot less stressful! :) Also, their quote was at least 3 times cheaper than others... unbelievable! Thank You x

VKPmoves transported a piano from England to NI for us. They always replied promptly throughout the process and from their conduct to specialist moving kit their professionalism shone through. If we needed something else moving we'd definitely use them again.

Full house move Derry to Exeter. All aspects of the collection and delivery were carried out efficiently and with good communication along the way. I was travelling ahead of my goods but was kept updated on their progress which was great. Delivery came exactly on time which saved me waiting around all day. Vinnie and his colleague were really friendly and helpful, they had the stuff unloaded in good order for me to unpack and were courteous with my fellow neighbours. I'm a very happy customer!
