l booked a removal last month late on a friday night, they were available on the saturday morning and showed up on time. Artur and Piotr (l might have spelled those wrong) loaded everything up promptly and efficiently, including my PC which l was worried about getting damaged as it is fragile. They carefully wrapped and stored it and it made the jounrney unscathed. the nearest parking was a paid car park which they were happy to use without incident, and again promptly unloaded my things into my new flat. l was moving from Worcester outskirts to Worcester city centre, and from arriving at my old place to the last item being dropped off at my new place took around an hour. Very efficient, no complaints, extremely happy with the service l recieved.

I booked WHG to move a table from my mother's to my house in London. From the first enquiry email to delivering the table they went above and beyond. Very accommodating, efficient and pleasant people to do business with. An excellent service which I highly recommend.

The whole team at WHG were fantastic from start to finish. From Viktoria on the phone, to Roman dropping round all the packing materials to us in Birmingham. The two guys on the day were friendly, efficient and took care of our belongings. The only little bit of damage we had was a slight tear in our doormat when refitting our house door which they fixed before leaving - they were very apologetic. I would use this team again without hesitation.

Roman's team moved us over 180 miles over 2 days and faced all kinds of delays from the previous owner who wasn't quite ready to move out on completion. They were fast, friendly and we haven't found a breakage yet. I had an irrational fear that all our stuff would go missing so added air tags to our valuables and they were 100% honest, they took the removals back to their secure head office overnight, left in the morning when they said they would and arrived on time pretty much to the minute. I can't stress enough, these guys were perfect and almost half the cost of the next nearest competitor.

Had two removals with this company. Last Monday and today. The men both times were so helpful, very efficient and work so well. I had so much stuff today that they packed into boxes and brought up to the third floor flat. No moaning just cracked on and emptied the van. So glad I chose this company. Brilliant service from WHG, booked online using the easy to use quote service. They arrived early on the day, expertly packed & wrapped everything, transported with care, and unpacked reassembled everything the other end, all in super quick time and for a very reasonable price. Highly recommended.

We moved from Worcester to Shropshire just before Christmas 2021 WHG removals were extremely good they fitted in with last minute date changes without any problem. They were quick and professional without their flexibility the move would not have gone ahead .
