Kelly was amazing. Both did an amazing job, moved me out and into a new house in record time. Made me feel very comfortable and relaxed and took amazing care of my things. I would definitely recommend and use the service whenever needed.

Honest review: Acceptable customer service and correspondence, but luck of understanding when one is in critical and vulnerable situation due to a third party supplier, where A Removal service taken advantage of given situation and charged eye watering fees for one day which only confirmed they are money oriented and not to help customer in difficult situation. In the end they also forgot to load items they were already paid for and claimed is not their responsibility when facts were put into equation.

I'll first note here that the job was completed as requested. Initially Kelly asked me how much stuff we had to move and, like pretty much anybody moving house for the first time, I’d underestimated. Good thing then that they insisted on sending one of their team around to our flat in advance to look through every single room and ascertain what we’d be taking. We agreed upon a fee after this visit. Naturally, with this professional opinion ahead of the move, everything should be locked in and sorted, right? Wrong! On moving day, the same staff member was back and was barely through the door before he started running this story that we needed to pay more. Note here that we hadn’t bought anything new or added any possessions to those he’d seen. Moving day's so stressful, but the fact they pulled this, when we’d no other choice and had to be out the flat that same evening, is frankly disgusting and unprofessional. If their own staff member got it wrong, we shouldn’t be charged 25% extra.

As we all know moving can be a very stressful and tiring experience. A Removal made it easier to move my elderly parents and for me to cope as they were so helpful and accommodating to our needs. I would recommend them to all my friends, family and even strangers. Don't worry if they are not local as they are very reasonable and can give you a good quote. Just contact them if you want caring and helpful people that work beyond what they should. I know i did and that's why i have now used them twice.

The process was so seamless, the staff was very nice and efficient. Moved my house completely hassle free. I would definitely recommend them to my friends.

A Removal Service were remarkable from start to finish. Within 2mins of placing my quote I got a call from Kelly who was very personable nothing was a problem for her, the boxes arrived 2dsys before the move, and unused boxes were refundable. That great service was continued by Paul and his removal team. I would happily recommend this firm. Delightful couple. They returned 5 days later to clear out my sittingroom for my carpet to be fitted fantastic service

Jamie and paul were very friendly and very helpful.
They tried their best to lessen ur stress on the day of moving.
They look after your stuff and make sure they are not damage by moving.
I can highly recommend them.
The only downside was the accuracy of the quote, its not paul and Jamie's fault though , it was office concern as they were not able to see my stuff beforehand so I was quoted £350 only but then end up paying £650 on the day.

Price was a bit dear but they done a very good job and paid lot of attention to move my item.which was a very heavy 5ft long aquarium. Constantly kept communication from the office by Kelly. Excellent service. Driver and people who helped excellent manners. Deffinetly recommend others to use it. I surely will if I have to move my tank again.

I was assisted by Paul who was the employee & driver and I can say that this was a brilliant experience.
This company is highly recommended, which starts from speaking to a lady call Kelly who arranges the services based on your needs. This was a very easy and smooth arrangement, as there were no hidden costs and the agreement was the agreement. The van used seemed very new, as the driver assisted with packing, transporting and finally unloading of which was completed in perfect time.
Finally the driver was even 15 minutes early and knew exactly what he was doing from start to finish.

This is a must use company for anyone looking to move or transfer goods.

Moving house is a stressful and daunting time for many of us. And honestly most removal service prices are very competitive and at times you do not even get value for money.
My experience with this service was a very positive one as they are very good. From my initial contact to make enquiries and eventually booking for a Flat clearance, the team were professional and very efficient. Kelly and her 2 man crew arrived ahead of scheduled time slot and were able to remove all the requested items in good time. My apartment was cleared in good time and I was extremely pleased with the work done. I have even recommended the service to friends. Definite greatly valued work and money well spent.
