I used AnQ to move mine from London to Stoke and it was stress from the start. They arrived late. Had a man and a child arrive first loading my boxes. Then another guy turned up. One van left at 11am to make its way to Stoke. I left half an hour later to meet him there. The second van left at 3pm. I arrived at the new house by 2:30 and then waited another 5 hours for the two vans to turn up. By now it’s getting late. They rush putting everything in the house and put boxes upstairs that go downstairs and vise versa. They failed to reassemble my furniture that they dissembled, the broke my recliner sofa, they left half my belongings in the garden on the grass, they broke a mirror, and chopped wood on several items of furniture. They failed to reassemble my garden furniture claiming it was too late and they would return. They never did return. They ignored my calls and emails and just fobbed me off when they did answer. Worst removal company ever. Steer well clear of these cowboys.

DO NOT book this company. The removals men damaged almost every item of furniture we own. Everhthing has a chip, large scratch or a chunk missing from it. Despite giving inventory the van that was brought was too small meaning a second trip back to our old flat was needed and they charged us an extra £250 cash on the day which we were not prepared for.

Do not use this company. They have polite people to deal with the booking and take the money, but the movers are completely unprofessional and loads of items were damaged, we moved over Christmas which was really busy and they was not considerate of this. They were throwing things in the street lots of stuff were missing or damaged and they didn’t care. we were overcharged and they completely ignored it and never returned any money. If you look in the reviews a lot of other people have said the same. However on their website apparently they have 5 stars.

Not a real moving company. on the day of your move you'll get told "the van broke down" and they have to sub contract the job to another company. obviously there is no van and this is the plan the entire time. then when the subcontract movers arrive very late having not been told any true information apparently, they will demand extra money. see negative feedback below. the owner "Tony" (real name Anil) responds with a million excuses. avoid this scam and use a real moving company.

Their communication was excellent, their team was professional and efficient, and they took great care of my belongings. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to move.

Victor and then Justin helped me in every step of what I thought would have been a very stressful thing, moving a family of 4 from London to Kent. They made it just frictionless!! Neil provided me a very accurate quotation tailored on our specific needs. The 2 very professional guys that then executed the operation, Khalid and his colleague, arrived perfectly on time (not very easy in London) with a very tidy and clean van. They moved all our stuff with extreme care and secured everything to avoid any movements during the journey. I gave them the keys of the garage of the new home where they unloaded everything with attention, taking a video and then posting the keys in the mail box, no damages no scratches. None. I was so grateful that I added a gratuity to the asking price. Well done everyone and thank you again.

Do not use these people. They are friendly, empathetic and will convince you they have your best interests at heart but they are TOTAL AMATEURS. They destroyed many items in my move through careless packing and removal. I have a county court judgement against them and they owe me £3015 because of the terrible service they provided and destruction of my belongings. DM me for details. PS 1 star is the minimum you can give on this platform but they don't deserve even that. I would give the ZERO

Because moving is stressful, I didn't want a company that made things worse; instead, I just wanted the work done quickly and effectively. I selected AnQ Movers because I liked the company's "customer first" slogan. And that's exactly what they did for me when I moved, putting things in storage before moving them to my new house. Everything was excellent, efficient, on time, friendly, and definitely suggested.

AnQ Movers were outstanding from beginning to end. The service was efficient and affordable. We wish to thank Jason and Daren in particular for making a difficult Move go as smoothly as possible. They were courteous and professional, and nothing was too much problem for them. Neil in managing the whole move was simply brilliant!

Last week, AnQ moved my mother. Their pricing are reasonable, and they were as accommodating with dates as well. They were dependable and arrived on schedule. The movers were very kind and skilled. Ben and Nathan performed an excellent job of packing, and Andy with his mates did an excellent job of carrying out the move. They didn't complain even after having to wait for us to pick up the keys for four hours. Without a doubt, I'd recommend AnQ Movers. They were simply kind, which unfortunately cannot be said for maximum of companies today.

Our AnQ Movers team was very courteous, helpful and professional throughout. We gave particular praise to David who was with us from start to finish. We, like most everyone else, were amazed at the speed of he, Andy and Oscar were able to pack up our huge quantity of possessions ( Particularly glass and china ). Andy was already there when we arrived and a quick call brought extra local manpower so that we were unpacked and beds assembled by 5:00pm. Neil and I was able to go to with queries and who managed to organize our move at short notice when exchange of contracts was delayed. Professionally managed company. Highly recommed!

The AnQ team has been excellent from the beginning to the end. My stress levels have been kept in check thanks to Neil at head office, who was very flexible with our moving situation's frequent changes! Despite the difficulties of unloading in a narrow country lane, the guys who were on the ground packing and moving our belongings were fantastic. They were proactive, efficient, and courteous, helping to ensure that we made a good first impression on our new neighbours. I would unquestionably advise anyone to use AnQ!

I would like to start with the enquiry process. Received various Quotes from different companies. AnQ was not the cheapest but my experience with them was worth every penny I paid for my move. Moving from a 5 bedroom property to Belfast was not easy as it required a proper planning and Neil did a brilliant job in doing so. I have now opened every single box they packed and not even a single scratch on any of the items. Packing took 2 days as expected, Guys worked really hard ( Aryan,Tom and Nick, please excuse me if I don't remeber the names correctly). I had few changes in the last minute on the move day which was handled really well by Neil from office. My belongings got delivered on time as explained during booking. No changes in the initial price which was offered inspite of last minute changes. As a newly married couple,we wanted to carry all the good memories to our new place and you guys are surely be remembered for all the good deeds. Job well done. Highly recomend!

I moved a few hundred miles with wonderfully great, best movers, and it went amazingly well. offered a very affordable quotation that was accurate. I was really amazed with how well you packed all of my belongings. Extreme caution was taken while working to avoid damaging the interior or my belongings. Very smooth move-in and move-out, as well as staff put up my furniture and other items without any issues. All across the total process, they were incredibly attentive.

They were on time, very productive, and very careful with my belongings. I should have mentioned that they moved everything in the allotted four hours, including disassembling and reassembling my bed and dresser drawers. Everything was put in its proper position. It can be difficult to find people to transport large quantities of goods from one location to another and even difficult to find a professional company who provides office removals service in London, especially which involves loads of IT equipment’s. We were recommended by one of our corporate partner’s .Our office had to relocate to a new building. Yasir supervised the whole move for us. Not even a single screw went missing. When it comes to moving/shifting, almost all of us have encountered a variety of challenges, one being pricing. The expertise of the drivers and movers at AnQ is extensive, and I expected them to charge more. However, they offered me a very low cost, for the high-quality service they delivered. A big thank you to the management of AnQ for fulfilling my last-minute requirements at a very nominal charge and also to the movers who worked non-stop for 3 days.

Airtight Sealing: They pack your stuff quickly and securely. I have never seen a packaging service that packs your stuff neatly and then attaches box lids to ensure safety. Normally, other services keep the box mouths open. Whereas , these people seal it to ensure minimum risk. Loved their services and would definitely recommend everyone to avail of them.

Really good: They are master planners. With other services, I have to coordinate aching and moving and this wastes time. I recently started a business and I am kind of short of time. However, with AnQ Movers the experience was a breeze. They packed and moved my stuff according to their plans and I was satisfied because it was practical, safe, quick, and timely. I recommend people to hire them for removals.

Quicker than Flash Gordon: The speed at which they can dispatch a van to your place for removals is amazing. I hired them once to move my gym equipment about 20 miles from my home to a new location. They were at my doorstep in 15 minutes and my equipment was in my new apartment in less than 2 hours. I was awed and impressed. Hiring them will never be a disappointment.

Best Experience Ever: I genuinely had fun with a packers and movers service. I was getting my removals done when I hired them. I am a comedian by profession, so I have a habit of cracking jokes. And, before I met the professionals of this service no other servicemen had laughed or chimed in. But these guys did. Don't use unless you want your stuff to arrive damaged. I used them for a house move including dismantling and reassembling furniture. They broke my ottoman bed after not dismantling it properly and scratched my fridge freezer. The guys doing the job didn't care and customer service doesn't call or email back once they've taken your money.

Absolutely DISGRACEFUL service. Charged much more than original quote and I had to pack 3 out of 4 rooms MYSELF as they turned up at 10.30am (arrival booked for 9am). They charged us extra because we had 3 children wardrobes (IKEA small ones) instead of 1, saying reassembling them would take extra time and effort. I then realised the wardrobes were so small they managed to put them into the van without even disassembling them. The only room they packed (open plan kitchen and living room) wasn’t packed properly or carefully. They haven’t even opened the fridge or freezer and left us with no food in the new property. OUTSOURCED SERVICE, DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Very Professional quotation, telephone staff well versed, professional and friendly. On the day of the move they arrived promptly at the agreed time, laid floor protection and started packing the vans. Everything was loaded well before the allotted time and they departed to the new property to await the keys. There was no damaged to the empty house despite some large pieces of furniture removed. It was just the same at the new house, everything was offloaded and placed where we wanted them. The team offered to move anything we wanted after they had finished. Again no damaged to the house or any of our belongings. We would heartily recommend them to all, a very able and professional company.
