I had a great experience with Best rate removals, the guys were very efficient, the items were relocated without any damage and the company was easy to talk to and very responsive by email throughout. The only area they could improve on is communicating how best to prepare for the move, not their fault though as I didn't ask either.

Atrocious company. Arrived several hours later than scheduled to remove goods from a 1 bed flat, store a few days and deliver a few miles away. All packing done for them, excepting a few big ticket antique furniture items in impeccable condition. No attention given to protecting common halls and carpets although this was specifically requested and the day of delivery poured with rain. Before the delivery was complete the manager was on the phone demanding more money, several hundred pounds beyond the quote, and wouldn't go away although I explained several times that WE had not finished. Goods were subsequently found to be damaged and some things missing. Beware of their tricks with charging against time, I ended up paying well beyond the quote. A pack of thugs who took no care and managed by predatory and corrupt boss. DO NOT USE THEM.

I cannot speak more highly of Best Rate Removals. The move went so smoothly, I still cannot believe it! Right from the off they were organised and professional. Asking all of the right questions and for the right information so they could provide an accurate quote. I have a LOT of stuff, but they managed the packing and moving seamlessly. The removal guys worked their butts off to get the job done efficiently, but carefully. Not one breakage, scuff mark or damaged item. I will be using these guys again! Thank you!

I recently used Best Rate Removals for our move from Ruislip all the way to Leicestershire! Best Rate Removals helped us move house in early 2024. The team were absolutely fantastic and really efficient and helpful. Everything survived the move and they even dropped off a small bit of flat pack furniture that we left in their van free of charge in the following days.

The movers arrived 20 minutes late with no communication prior to their arrival. They had breaks in between and were pretty slow at completing the work, which resulted in a lot of hours spent moving. Two of my new sofas were damaged in the process. On informing the movers on the day, I was told this had been the case prior to the work being carried out, with the movers speaking in a foreign language between themselves and the office (on the phone). I am a foreigner too, but I would never speak in my native language in such situations. I called the office, but I did not get an appropriate response, concentrating mainly on the finishing time rather than my damaged property. I tried to obtain the gentleman’s name (on the phone), but I was told "that doesn't matter." The only compensation I received for my 2-month-old leather electric recliner sofas was £40, as I "failed to provide the total value of the items being moved." Although they were the cheapest of all, I am not satisfied with their service as it was not done professionally, as advertised. Both the movers and the call handler did not manage this in an appropriate manner. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Very impressed and pleased with my move with this company! They arrived on time, nothing was an issue or a problem for the team that came (even with the several flight of stairs). I booked the 3 men team and they completed the move in no time. I would definitely use them again and recommend to everyone! ? the office team were responsive with quotes and payment receipt. All in all a good experience and exceeded expectations!

Really good experience with these guys. We moved from an apartment to a house and they were professional and communicative throughout the process. We had a team of three and the whole move was done within five hours. They disassembled and reassembled larger furniture items with care and were very efficient. I would use this company again.

Hello My experience is poor due to lack of professionalism. I paid double of what I offered. Please be careful!!! They took the job very slowly. They used zero material, coverage, my furniture got damaged! Be careful and do not believe high rate in the reviews! They are unprofessional! They agreed van and a man and took zero responsibility as a company!

Easily the least stressed moving day we have ever had. From the quoting process to the on-day removals, we had an excellent experience working with Atanas and the rest of the Best Rate removals team. We found the quote to be competitive and the additional extras - such as storage - to be priced really well. On the day a large team showed up and made short work of all the furniture and boxes. The guys were efficient, contentious and very friendly. I was genuinely very impressed by the on-the-day team. Everything was wrapped and carefully dismantled, it was all logged and I received a detailed itinerary at the end. Honestly we will definitely be back when we move again.

Very professional movers, efficient, friendly and punctual. I noticed that they handled each box and piece of furniture with care and attention. Side note: It would have been useful to have an estimated offloading time from van-to-storage included on the quote as well as it only included time spent removing my belongings so the final price came as a surprise. Regardless, I would highly recommend this company.

Genuinely amazing service! Arrived early, were amazingly helpful and friendly - gave us advice on our last minute packing - and then beat us to Leeds by 30 mins!! The quote was maybe a bit optimistic (but I'd already factored in a couple of extra hours into my budget on top of the quote so was prepared and still thought it was well priced!) And the guys at the end of the phone kindly offered a discount. I cant recommend them enough! In fact I have already recommended them to a friend!

Miro and Ivan from Best Rate Removals moved us from a very awkward 2nd floor flat in Brixton to Winchester. The experience we had with them was really fantastic from the first minute. They arrived early and were unfailingly polite, happy and personable. They treated all our items with amazing care (including using lots of their own protective blankets) whilst still working at light speed. I still don't quite know how they managed to fit all our items in, but they did and not one item was damaged. When we got to the new place they were equally careful and placed everything in their new homes. Super, super service that we will be using again.

Won’t recommend. Initially their quote will look lesser than others but on the job they charge extras. We ended up paying double than the quote. Staff too slow, they purposely take extra time. don’t pack with them.they packed each box half empty-very lightly so that more boxes will be used. Charged more than extra hours they spent at property. It took 4.5 hours including half n hr lunch time. but the exec on phone first calculated 5 hours and then cutting lunch time we will have to pay for 4.5 hours as if he was giving us half b hr discount. And he charged including VAR while we had agreed in advance that for cash payments VAT is not included. For the service of £335/- including the count of boxes they charged us £400/- Plus the sales person said to me you can use 2nd hand box for £1/- each but will send you the quote with new prices so i overlooked the section. After the job they charged me quote price + vat. Also they said initially you will pay final price without VAT. But deducted VAT from the booking amount paid online after we discussed that wont go towards VAT Please don’t use their services.

I used Best Rate Removals for my home removal and the quality of storage and packing is shockingly poor, not to mention the service was also 7 hours late! Nearly every single piece of my furniture was scratched, chipped or damaged in different level. I was told by the delivery team of Best Rate Removals that the mattress was basically left exposed and uncovered in the storage the whole time, and it came dirty, stained and frame damaged...I am now trying to get in touch with the company for making claims and guess what, my emails have been completely ignored, when I know for fact that they normally respond very quickly before the completion of the job! It is unbelievable how poor their service is, despite the charge wasn't cheap at all!!

I have used Best Rate Removals two times and continue to be impressed with their service. They arrived on time and although it took longer than planned thanks to a big sofa and small door they did not disappoint. They had logical ideas - were professional, fast and above all communicated very well. I will use them again and would not hesitate to recommend them either. Thanks again!
