Used these guys in December to move my mums furniture from her flat to her new place (5 minute drive down the road). One of the guys was ok but the older guy was extremely rude to my mum who, I might add, had been knocked down in a hit & run 2 weeks before. BL Removals in Bury, is one of the best in Greater Manchester. Very efficient, good in time keeping, nice and smileful Gentlemen. Moved from a Top Floor Flat without a lift. Big 3 Seater Sofa to get out through a tight Corner but they managed to get it out smoothly without any damage to Sofa, Wall and Doors.Handled all my items with great care. Rung then when they were half an hour late , to be then told that they ‘text the wrong person last night saying they couldn’t make it’ and were in Manchester today instead!Would not recommend, as if moving house isn’t stressful enough! Just terrible service. Arranged a move earlier this week at the convience of the driver, as it was "too small a job" to come later. Finally spoke to Brett who made a quick phone call and Hey "Presto" they could do it. They turned up and only took 25 minutes from start to finish.
