Contracted to pack, load, transport, unload, and reassemble furniture. Piotr and Keran were stellar; carefully disassembling and packing. Today they delivered to my new flat. The first half went smoothly then the single elevator broke. Piotr, Keran, and Alex switched to carrying all my things carefully up to the 7th floor. They were tired, but cheerful and excellent. I’m safely in my new flat, nothing was broken, they were fantastic. I had to pay £464 overtime, but it was worth it considering the added labour of seven flights of stairs and the additional hours. I hope that money goes to Piotr, Keran, and Alex.

Great experience with Clockwork Removals Sth London. I thought organizing from Australia would be hard work but the communication and coaching through the Australian Customs made the experience smooth. On the day of packing and removing our belongings the team were respectful and very professional. Very happy to recommend this company for future customers.

Incredible service and we were really happy with Peter and his team, who were always on time and went the extra mile. We booked a full service with them, including packing, to move homes. Packing of a 2-bedroom flat was done in half a day, very efficiently and with care. All furniture was disassembled and assembled properly and without a scratch. The move was scheduled for next day, rooms arranged as we want them. Highly recommend!

Really helpful and communicative staff. Our quote appointment was great and really informative. Movers arrived on time on the day and were very speedy yet careful with our things. Brilliant service from start to finish. Very fragile antiques moved and no broken items. Surveyor was excellent as was the team and a special mention for Peter and Adam who worked so hard to get furniture removed smoothly to four destinations. Office admin was excellent.

Initial sales call was great, very professional, we chose this company over others based on initial gut feeling despite them being WAY more expensive than the other quotes. Unfortunately the rest of our experience was not so good, the guys spent 2 days swearing & shouting at each other, one chap seemed quite upset by the way the other interacted with him, this made a very uncomfortable atmosphere. They were late on day 2, move in day & then seemed determined to get everything in ASAP with no regard for our furniture, they had unloaded in approx 2 hours which meant we were extremely rushed deciding where to put what. The company also do not recycle packing boxes or paper, in this day & age I find that extraordinary, I managed to offload a few boxes to somebody else but had to take the remaining 60+ to the tip along with reams & reams of paper! It has been over 11 weeks since move in & we are only now being asked “how did we do”…. So really I’d say initial sales chap was very good at his job….selling a product but the service was very poor with zero after sales service. I would NOT use again.

My Husband and I used Clockwork Removals in South London for our house move last month and I couldn't speak more highly of them. From the office staff, to the surveyor, to the packing and removal teams, everyone was happy, attentive, professional and really helped to take a lot of the stress out of what could have been a tricky process. We were panicking about the narrow access at our home and all of our little fragile things, as well as many other elements, and they just made it all look so easy! Hoping we won't move again for a long, long time as we've found our "forever home", but if we do, we'll be contacting Clockwork Removals straight away. Definitely recommending to all we know!

Richard and his team are absolutely wonderful! I am very happy to have found a company that listens, cares about they do and go out of their way to accommodate the client's requirements. I have been storing my items with them for a few months now and when I need access they are soo attentive to provide what is required within an agreed time frame. The price is also very good for the service but above all its the genuine care Richard and his team have for what they do and for their customers which makes it soo easy to work with them. No need to look for any other removals and storage company, they are literally the best (coming from an interior designer whom has worked with several companies in the past)!!!

Shocking sum of thousands stolen from our home. Yes- I know what your T&Cs state, but that just plays to the opportunistic thieves. Clockwork themselves haven’t tried to help in any way and we found them to be rude to deal with. They even tried charging us for extra hours when we were well within our slot! Do not use clockwork. Go absolutely anywhere but here.

Clockwork helped get us out of a hole when our previous removal company pulled out. They were quick, understanding, and did a great job ensuring that the move went smoothly, even letting our little toddler sit in the drivers seat for fun. We paid for the packaging service and the move was completed with no damage or missing property & the team was polite & patient throughout. Wouldn't hesitate to use again.

Had £4000 in cash stolen by 4 removal men from Clockwork South London. Date was 6th October. The men were rude and one in particular was quite aggressive. Even if it wasn’t for the theft it wasn’t a pleasant experience at all. Obviously reported to the police but there’s nothing they can do. This is your warning not to use Clockwork.
