Complete Removals & Storage Of Derby

Offered the service at the GP Surgery where I work. Turned up on time, moved and removed items from large heavy filing cabinets to small boxes full of bits and bobs really carefully. All done very politely, with good humour and with no problems. Will be back again.

I cannot rate Darren and his team high enough - reliable, professional and no job is too much trouble. In what can be a stressful time, these guys were incredible. They come highly recommended from me!

From the moment i rang for a quote to the moment i closed the door in my new 5th floor appartment. Complete Removals provided every ounce of professionalism youd exepect when handling your possessions. The Complete Package service they provide had me doing nothing but manning the kettle and despite the numerous sets of stairs and tight corridors they were faced with they never once gave me reason to question their methods. Great service from Darren and team. We asked Darren to remove four sofas and place in storage for nearly 3 Months. During the removal process they used plenty of sheets, and also helped to remove a glass window to get one of the sofas out. Sofas were returned in same condition as expected. Would not hesitate to use Darren and Complete Removals and Storage again. All the best chaps.

Darren and team moved us from Camberley Surrey to Aston on Trent
He arrived to pack us a 7.30 am on the appointed Day.
By 9.30 they were off on the way to Aston on Trent.
I left just after the Lorry.
In Aston at 12.30 the lorry arrived,within an hour and a half all was unloaded and beds and wardrobes reassembled and in its right room.
I cannot rate them any higher than top marks.

These guys no what they are doing and how to attend to all sorts of specific items including transporting my baby grand piano. Contacted Complete removals to remove of a cast iron bath from a 1st floor bathroom & then to move a new cast iron bath to the first floor.
The new bath was extremely heavy and awkward in size and had to be negotiated around an awkward Victorian staircase.
Complete attended my house to view the route and bath. Was on time and very friendly, professional and polite. A price was agreed which hands down beat estimates from other companies that hadn't even bothered to show up.
Due to my own work arrangements, flexibility was required in the planning of moving day. To assist Darren graciously agreed to carry out the work out of business hours.
The day of the move everything went perfectly! The mahogany staircase was well protected. The old bath came out with no damage and the new bath went in with no damage to either the bath nor the house anywhere.
Could not be more pleased with service provided highly recommend! Punctual, polite, professional and worth their weight in gold!
