Peter and James were absolutely fantastic, I couldn't have asked for better removal support. There were many options available which Curtis guided me through, I opted for packing materials to be delivered and then removal support for the following week. Packing materials were delivered promptly. On removal day the following week, both Peter and James were on time, very professional and helpful, and great communication throughout. Miraculously, they were both still smiling even after having carried all of my boxes and sofa up 3 flights of stairs! Thanks so much again!

I was in a direr situation last week and needed a van immediately. It was my good fortune to make contact with Curtis, who luck would have it, was returning from a job and was near my location. He agreed to come and arrived within the hour. It was quite an ask at short notice, because I needed to go from London to West Wales. I couldn't have chanced upon a nicer, kinder more helpful person. A fantastic and highly professional service. They arrived on time and got straight on with loading the van. Both people were really friendly and helpful. They took care of everything and endeavoured to put all our furniture exactly where we wanted it. They were very efficient and the whole move from North London to south London was complete within a few hours. I would definitely recommend this company, they were reasonably priced and I will definitely be using them again when I need to move. Moving is a stressful experience, but we have to say, CWC took all of the stress away from our move. Everything about them was professional - great communication before hand and during (gave us ETAs, kept in touch, were on time and prepared at both ends), their equipment and truck was clean and they had signage for the move, they took great care with all our items, worked quickly and efficiently, asked us questions to clarify, and Curtis and Lee were true gentlemen - very friendly, put us at ease, and great to speak with; nothing was too much trouble. We used the fantastic CWC team to move out of our flat in Woolwich Royal Arsenal to Wokingham. Curtis and his team were absolutely amazing from start to finish. We could not have been happier with the service we got from CWC. When deciding on a removals company, we requested quotes from about 5 different companies. Some made the quoting process so difficult we couldn't bother to go through with it. Some companies never replied. CWC made it as simple as a quick video to show what we needed to move. We received a highly competitive quote shortly after. Having had recently done an international move, we decided to hire the packing service they offer. CWC sent over a very efficient and professional packer and she had everything done in a few hours. The van driver, Peter and his colleague Gustavo were absolute pros. They showed up bright and early, tackled the loading of all our belongings and drove them to Sheffield. They really went above and beyond. Curtis, our main point of contact, was responsive and attentive. Honestly, having checked out several companies, this was hands down the best value and most professional company. I enjoyed the whole experience of using CWC, to move from our terraced house to our new bungalow. It started with Curtis, who visited our house to assess our needs, all the way to the moving day when Peter and Gustavo (?), turned up on time and ready to go. They removed everything we wanted, in the order we wanted them taken to our new property. They had to make two trips and didn't damage a thing. Absolutely brilliant removals. Highly recommend to anyone in the area. They moved our 2 bedroom house including dismantling and reassembling the beds. On what can be a stressful and emotional day as the chain completed they were calm and considerate. They handled all our stuff with care and ensured no damage to the items or the houses (eg scrapes/ carpets). Honestly they made the day go so smoothly and so happy we found them through a recommendation.

My family and I just moved out of London, and had a *big* job to carry out. 3-bed house, packed to the brim with well over 100 boxes, furniture, and assorted bags.Despite me considerably underestimating the volume when we booked them, CWC came in with 2 vans and enough room for everything. They accommodated our request to come at a specific time, were friendly, talkative, strong (I don't think they even noticed the really heavy boxes), and thorough.They then got to our new place and put everything in the right place with minimal scuffing.Overall, I'm very happy with the service we received, and wish the team only the best moving forward!
