Our third move with Davies & Mac and once again we were SO impressed-what would have been a two day move was completed within 9 hours as they spontaneously got more staff members to help. Extremely polite guys looked very well after all our things.

The best money I have EVER spent. The entire team (admin, packers, movers) were incredible. The communication was great, they were respectful, helpful, professional, punctual, and all so friendly and kind. Worth every single penny. I couldn’t recommend them more!

I used Davis and Mac for my recent move mainly because a friend had just used them and said they'd been great. His recommendation was spot on. Liam, Kenny & Mo moved my stuff from my old home and then a separate team (Dan12 & Mo again) moved furniture and clothes from a storage unit the next day. All of them were unfailingly positive and polite & all requests were willingly & readily accommodated. i couldn't recommend them more highly.

Davis & Mac deliver an extremely professional removal service. They offer excellent value for money (especially if you also opt for the unpacking) are friendly and courteous, and were spot on with their estimate for how long it would take. They were a real pleasure to work with - we couldn’t recommend them more highly.

I used David and Mac to help me move for the first time ever this week. I had no idea what I was doing really but Liam, Dan, Dwayne and Joel were fantastic throughout. They were so efficient that they had me out of my flat in just under 3 hours l and they were ready to go as soon as I got the new keys. They were so helpful moving me into the new place, building furniture, moving things round if they didn’t fit where I’d planned for them to go and triple checking I was happy with things. Best of all they were so friendly and jokey the whole day, they really made it feel fun rather than stressful! Like a lot of the other reviews, they’ll definitely be my default movers from now on!

I couldn’t recommend Davis and Mac more highly. Complicated circumstances meant I was moving with a 3yo and 8 month old with no other help. Liam and Dwayne were excellent throughout the day - knowledgable, kind and nothing was too much trouble. Booking process was incredibly easy with Sunita and Dan was absolutely amazing overseeing the whole thing. I plan to live in this house for at least 60 years but hope that everyone moving goes with this brilliant team.

Davis & Mac are worth every single penny. We had to move a fully furnished flat from a top floor Victorian terraced house and Dan the Operations Manager and his colleagues, Dan and Mo moved everything safely into the new property without damage and with constant efficiency and good humour. We will be using them for every move in the future. Sunita was also a dream during the planning stages answering any questions quickly and clearly. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

I’ve moved flats several times in London and Davis and Mac were by far the best company. Sunita and Dan helped organize the move and switched my dates so easily. Liam packed up my flat the day before the move which made unpacking so much easier. The move itself was stress free and overall the best value for money out of any company I’ve tried before! We used Davis and Mac to move this week. They were fantastic - I packed myself, and unfortunately hadn't quite finished in time. Dan and the guys Liam and Dwayne, were really cool about it so while Liam and Dwayne started loading the van, Dan helped us pack up the last of our things, quickly and efficiently and most importantly delicately! They had us out of the flat in time, and were really calm and friendly on what could have been a massively stressful day. They made the whole experience of moving as easy as possible and took care of our stuff as if it was their own. They really helped take the pressure off and put everything in the right place at the new house - rebuilt the beds and sofa better than I would have done - and left us in a much better state than they found us. I couldn't recommend these guys enough. Really nice, really professional, and Dan, Liam and Dwayne were brilliant. And special mention to Sunita too for handling our booking from the start - she kept in touch throughout, helped liaise with the box drop off and answered all our queries promptly, and made us feel well taken care of. We have used Davis and Mac's removal and storage services for many years. They helped us move 3 mins down the road as well as moving everything to a storage unit and into a new house 1.5 months later. Each time it went smoothly. The guys are always on time, polite, friendly and professional. We will definitely be using them again in the future.

Ed and Dan have an incredible gift for bringing people together and this shone through the moment they came to our house with their team. They instilled us with ease and confidence (and I was 36 weeks pregnant at that point so needed a lot of reassurance that everything would be ok!) They helped us with packing and moving in - all the team members on both days were so efficient and hardworking. It amazed us how fast they worked and how they had such positive energy the entire time. We cannot recommend Davis and Mac enough: not only are they true professionals, they really are the kindest people too!

Excellent service. Everyone who worked on our move was friendly, professional and had a positive attitude. This was my first time using a packing and removal service and these guys worked incredibly hard packing up our (very full) 5th floor flat (no lift) and then carefully moving it to our new home. Really helped to make what could have been a stressful experience into something that was pretty painless. A great team!

I don't usually leave reviews, but in this case I do believe it was earned. I came across Davis and Mac through a work colleague who has moved before, so we didn't do much research or asked for other prices, and only checked whether they had any experience moving Big Green Eggs (which they did). The price seamed reasonable, my colleague said she has asked others and it was competitive so we went along and I have to say it was a great decision. Sunita, who is the first contact with the company, is not only nice but also extremely competent and she manages to make what would have been a very stressful process into a completely calm and predictable one. She explained everything, answered every question, helped get the parking sorted, and kept in touch with us to make sure we knew what to expect. The team arrived on time, they were also nice and knowledgeable, and we had three people who worked super fats and efficient, so in all the whole move started at 9 and was finished at 14. We noted that there was one wall in the stairs which they left a black mark (as it rubbed with something, probably getting furniture down), so I asked Sunita whether it was insured and she hired a handyman to come paint it the whole section in the next couple of days and even helped sort out the colour. So overall, a really professional company that even after the service was completed still made sure that the customers where happy. Honestly, I can't recommend them enough.

Davis and Mac made moving stress free! They showed great professionalism from the start, from the initial quote right through to waving them off after the vans has been unloaded. Everyone was incredibly friendly and we were extremely impressed by their packing and organisation skills, so much so that we were easily able to unpack across the weekend and all the boxes were picked up just a few days later. We were kept constantly updated over all aspects, and all our furniture and belongings were treated with the utmost care. We had a lot of artwork to shift and the team made sure everything was well protected and happy to report, zero breakages! Although we are not planning to move house again soon, we would not hesitate to use Davis and Mac in the future and would 100% recommend their services.

I’ve used David & Mac for my last 3 moves now and it’s always such a smooth and easy process. From booking with Sunita, to the actual move day everything is taken care of. Moving is so stressful but with Dan and his team (literally) doing all the heavy lifting it was just exciting. Very reasonable prices and lots of flexibility on times. Dan also bought spare boxes and covers which I hadn’t allowed for :). All bases covered!

We were moving across London on a tight deadline with a baby due in a month. Davis and Mac managed to squeeze us in - even though it required splitting the job over two days - and took almost all of the stress out of the packing and furniture assembly. They also did this at a very competitive price (we had four quotations). All really nice guys as well, nothing too much trouble. Founder Dan Mac was carrying boxes himself. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

We were in the highly stressful situation of moving so Dan and Ed at Davis and Mac had been recommended to me by a good friend. As soon as I spoke with them they literally took all the stress off my shoulders as we made the moving plan. Having never felt like we could justify using a removals firm before because of our ‘expectations’ on how much it would cost we were also amazed at what good value the service was… and it was the best money we ever spent.
