Be Warned donot use this company! Don't use this firm.paid for my house and garden tobe moved to our new home, and no time limit was given. we will send a big lorry up to your 3 because house for the move in stead two.poxie box vans turned up.done half the job and had the cheek to charge an extra 300 pounds. They new.i was disabled and yes we did not pack some of the items but to leave my tvs up.on the wall without lifting them off without any dismantling and left all my garden stuff. Ther blokes disappeared for a good hour and they chargedme . I thought when you pay someone 700.quid to do a job it would be to completion not half the job. And as for blanket wrapping What a load of rubbish oh and I'd like my 300 back what you.extorted out of me by threatening not to unload my furniture at our new home. . I shall be reporting this to the removal federation, and if your driver's are not allowed to drive 7 1/2 ton lorries I'd suggest when you visit to negotiate a price you don't lie about one trip....untrustworthy and con artists hell.will.freeze over before I'd ever use or recommend your company. Disgracefull service.. youf response is what we expected and you.thresten people to pay an Extra 300 or you won't unload. That's as low as you can get and refund my 300.quid.. And please stop your bull When we had boxes to the ceiling stacked up. I think it just shows you.what liars you are!

Happy with the job done by FA Removals. The surveyor was very friendly and professional and although the company wasn't the cheapest. I felt comfortable with them. The company was perfect all round and the job went smooth with no damages

I had Samir do the house move for me today. I was very impressed with how professional he was, very calm and very polite. Despite the difficulty of the job in my case, he was very careful and everything was perfect. Hope his work is well rewarded, because he is exceptionally skilled and professional

The two gentlemen who helped me move were amazing so kind, friendly and very helpful. They were very professional and did everything with care. The contract between myself and the manager was so easy and he was also very helpful. I highly recommend this removal company.

If I could give 10 out of 5 stars, I really would. Nico helped me moved under extremely difficult circumstances (namely, the Blackwell tunnel being shut and throwing traffic in SE London into utter chaos). Through it all he and his team persevered to get my belongings to me as soon as they could. Nico and the team are extremely professional. They arrived on time, moved everything safely and even took care of my beloved plants. They were very friendly, even with how tedious the day became due to issues with traffic. I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you FA Removals!

FA Removals service was fantastic, the staff were polite and cleared our house in record speed. We had a long journey to make after the load up and was worried we would miss picking up our new house keys, but no need to have worried we picked up our keys with plenty of time to spare! The following day FA Removals was there straight away to start unloading and again they were absolutely fantastic in getting all the furniture and boxes in the right rooms. I would have no hesitation in using FA Removals again, they were great.

We used FA Removals to move from London to Belfast and they were absolutely fantastic. Harry came to survey the house and the office sent us a quote same day as we only had a week before our move. We ended up booking the packing as we were short on time and my husband and I both work. We dealt with Brie from the office and she was fantastic. Very attentive, patient and calming. The 2 men that packed, Jj and John were first class and the team that done the removal were excellent. Great service all round. Would highly recommend

I have had FA Removals to do my house move recently. I am very pleased about their services. Brie was the administrator of the company dealing with customers and their requirements. She is very efficient and professional in her job. She is also friendly and helpful. She agreed to do my move in two stages, a month apart from each other for the same price of the move in one go. With her arrangement my move went smoothly and trouble free. The working team arrived at the scene on time and worked very hard throughout the day. They cared about the items they handled and cleaned every piece of the furniture that was covered by dust. I was so pleased and impressed when I found out this at a later time. FA is definitely a good removal company that I would like to recommend.

Do not use this company!!! We chose to book a packing/removal company to try to remove some of the stress from the moving experience, but instead they made the whole thing SO horrendous that I spent most of the day in floods of tears. To highlight just a few things as if I list everything it will be an essay: • On the removal day, having arrived late, the team took about SEVEN hours to pack our things. This meant that we were three hours late to leave the property, therefore breaching our contract which could have had serious implications • Despite the fact that a survey was conducted to calculate the packing materials/van/labour needed, there wasn’t space in the van for all of our items – we therefore had to wait for a further hour and a half for another van to be sent • The way the boxes and van were packed was laughable – we witnessed our items literally being thrown into the van – photo attached showing the ‘care’ taken with our belongings • Communication and customer service was terrible throughout. I received no apology for the service received and instead got an aggressive email which blamed the heatwave on the day we moved for the issues…the heatwave ended two days before we moved. So in conclusion, if you want to breach your contract, have your items damaged, and have considerable stress added to the removal experience then go with FA – otherwise I suggest you stay far away!
