EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE! After my booking confirmation, the company did not provide me with any details of the driver, etc. After multiple calls, the driver called me back and started shouting at me for calling him??? This was two hours before I was supposed to move. He then proceeded to me to tell me that he is not in the mood to come because there is traffic and will arrive later, alone - even though I was paying for a driver as well as removal men. When I said I was not willing to pay the same amount when they refused to provide the service my booking was confirmed for, he told me to get lost and hung up on me. Tried calling the company, there was no answer.

Called on sunday for emergency removal. Very hard to find the van on Sunday, and everyone is charging an arm and a leg for it. Alam agreed on a reasonable price, was by my door within 1 hour, was very helpful with moving stuff and overall avery polite and friendly person! I was in a very stressfull situation, but the quick affordable removal service saved the day. Thanks Alam, highly recommend!

Addison Lee let me down, and this lovely gentleman passed by with a huge truck, big numbers on it - so I just dialed in and pulled him around. Fast and efficient service! Totally recommending

They provide specific services then when you call to get a quote they tell you it’s too small of a job. How stupid. Not professional either. Seriously, avoid these lot. They are not good communicators just rude. Try hustle you too. Not good especially when you’re trying to move, moving is stressful already as it is. If u want a decent removals service who actually provide what they advertise then go elsewhere because you won’t find that here

Booked a full removals service (loading and moving boxes to the flat) for £129 that included two people's help. Only the driver arrived because it was a small job (which is fine) but then the driver tried to charge me more (£150-£160) for his services despite only providing one person, only helping move a couple of things up the stairs, and the price quoted to me being £129. Do not use.

Requested removal service for a Sunday, job was larger than expected, but they were very reasonable in agreeing a new rate. Very nice guys who got the job completed in 4hrs (move from a one bed to a two bed apartment). Would definitely use again. Only feedback to them is to update website for more accurate quote depending on full contents of flat.

Fast removal offers a super and very professional service. The move was from Reading to North Greenwich, London and I have nothing put praise to give. Very friendly service and no fuss at all. Fast removal made the move very easy for me. Would definitely recommend and I will definitely be using them for future moves.
