Our removal seemed great until we reported damaged furniture (£400 worth). I messaged Bryan about this, who at first was responding to my messages saying that he would claim this through insurance. After sending numerous messages chasing this up, my messages are now being ignored. I’m not convinced the business is running professionally and question if they even have insurance.
