The Best Service! I had to move all my stuff today. I gave them an hour's lead time, and they made it work. It’s rare to find a move-out service that can ensure a rush project like mine is met. From booking to completion the whole process was great. A really competitive price from a few quoted and super service. The men were so lovely and light hearted, despite doing so much lifting up and down flights over stairs on one of the hottest days of the year. They made my move so much easier. Would recommend!

I never write negative reviews but this whole experience felt extremely unfair. We have booked a Luton van to move 3 people's worth of belongings and furniture, and as we have moved with House Movers London before we knew exactly how big a Luton van was going to be. On our moving day, their driver shows up with a significantly smaller van claiming it was the right size, despite us having paid extra money for the larger van we ordered. As a result, we were forced to leave some belongings and furniture behind as there was no space left. When calling about the mixup, we were told they ran out of Luton vans and just sent us what they had available. This was a decision taken on their part with no prior notice, calls, texts, or emails to let us know if we were okay with this or if we wanted a refund, or even a change of date for when their Luton vans were available. Their customer support was a nightmare to get through, and we were constantly being told "someone will call you back today" to which no one ever did after waiting, which given the mistake they did with the vans, seemed like they were trying to get rid of us rather than actually help and fix their mistake. This ordeal lasted for a week before we could get anything resolved and book a second van to get the furniture that was left behind. In the end, we were offered an ultimatum of "we can get you a van for today (Saturday) WITH refund" or "we can get you a van for Monday WITHOUT refund on full price" which was extremely shocking as we had already paid more money than we should have for the wrong sized van and were not even offered a partial refund on that, and now we had to pay for another van in full price. Obviously we could not take the first offer as it was extremely last minute and some of us were working on that day and could not get a day off and we had to settle for Monday. It almost feels like they knew we had no choice but to go for Monday as on their part they would not have to return any money they had overcharged us and we felt like we were taken advantage of. In summary, House Movers London had made a mistake which resulted in us paying more money than we should have (130 pounds), and we were essentially forced out of a refund. The driver was at least nice.

We had a fantastic experience with Home Movers this weekend. Karwan, Falah and Raid were brilliant. They arrived on time, were highly efficient carefully loading two vans. The team were a pleasure to work with and nothing was too much trouble even when we asked for some extra items to be moved. Aga and the office team were supportive throughout and communicated quickly via what’s app helping us out with extra materials at short notice. The price was very competitive. Would use again.

Fantastic experience with these guys today. Shorsh and his colleague were great, got all our stuff loaded and unloaded quickly and safely, everything was handled with care and given extra protection as required, everything arrived in good condition and they put a serious shift in getting all our belongings into the new house despite being quite challenging to access. Also helped us reassemble some of our furniture in the time remaining we'd booked. Overall 10/10 service today, really happy with everything, excellent service at an extremely competitive price. Will definitely use again next time!

Booked last minutes (day before) as urgently needed help with moving back home after finishing building work. Team were very responsive and even arrived early to get started on the job. We had recently redecorated with fresh paint on the wall - Harda and team were very careful to create no scuffs (not easy in a small space!) and were incredibly helpful at reconstructing furniture that had no instructions. Will definitely use again.

My move was super great. The service was attended to on time and the team was very professional. They handled all my belongings with great responsibility and great delicacy. Something that I loved was that there were very delicate objects like my TV, and there was a suggestion to protect the TV with a wallpaper that does not allow the TV to be scratched or damaged. This shows that there is professionalism at work. The people were very communicative, calm... They have coordination among themselves as a team. I recently moved from Wales to England with the help of House movers company. I am very pleased to say that I had a lovely experience with them, the person I had enquired about was very polite, and patient with all my queries as I was moving out for the first time. The rider who actually transported my belongings was a very professional and a generous man. After reaching the destination, he waited for the extra half hour because the landlord of the house where I moved into was not home and I didn't have the keys. I was totally new in the city. That was really a sweet gesture. I don't know his name, but I am thankful to him from the bottom of my heart. Highly recommended.

Booking the service online was fast and simple. They called me the day before to confirm the time etc. Mohammed was our driver, and he was amazing. He came on time, also calling me in advance to confirm he was on the way. He was really really kind and helpful. The van was well equipped with blankets etc. And all of this for a really good price!! The best i could find online. 100% recommend, best van service i've encountered.

What a great service. I have called for a same day collection on a Sunday from a clients home, I was a bit unsure if a company would help my own company. Not only did they answer quickly they also got my goods moved. Very good customer service and couldn’t recommend more highly for a business or individual needing to have goods removed. Darow from house movers was very friendly and has a solutions mindset which is hard to find. He went out of his way to help us carry a dog in his van. Very responsive and I will recommend him as a mover.

I booked house movers for a multi stop flat move. I sent photos of all the items that needed moving, and was given a time frame and amount of boxes that would be needed. The job was completely misjudged. In fact, it took almost 3 times as long as they said, and they needed an extra man. Frustratingly, during the booking process I had queried whether their quotation was adequate, and was reassured that it was. My husband ended up helping with the packing, and we didn’t finish the move until 6am the following morning. With a baby, this was completely unacceptable. On return to the pick up address, I found some of my garden furniture had been left out in the street. I had quotes that assessed the move more accurately, and overall would have charged much less. I did raise this with the company, and was refunded a meagre £100, which didn’t really address the issues. Furthermore, the mover called me the following day to say he had missed 4 screws in my baby’s crib. He said he would return to address this, but I am still waiting 2 weeks later. I asked the company about this via their WhatsApp, but have not received any response. It’s a real shame because had their service been better, and had they costed the job more accurately, I would have used them again.

House movers are reliable and trustworthy. We had a very good experience with them when we relocated. We were catered the same day. Ahmad and his assistant were very helpful and did not complain of anything. They were professional and handled our belongings carefully. Their van was really huge and the transaction was smooth!
