Great experience. Danny came round to assess and really appreciated that I'd emailed wide shot photos of the rooms with my request to quote. He was very detailed re parking and what needed dismantling in advance. Daniela in the office was a terrific help regarding the quote and my many follow-up questions! The pack-up and move team were prompt, hard working and very easy going. Impressive operation and I really appreciated the whole teams patience and efficency particularly when it came to picking up the packed up boxes after we unpacked. Highly recommend.
What an amazing moving experience. From the start with the lovely chat with Mr Coles to finish with the packer movers at the house, it exceeded our expectations in every way possible. The team led by Tony were courteous, professional, friendly, extremely understanding, efficient and positive throughout. They made this experience so stress free and were stellar beyond what we could even contemplate. It has been an absolute pleasure to have them do the move and all the support and flexibility in the process. This is a huge recommendation to anyone and everyone.
Having not moved house since 1995, we were dreading the process of moving. JA Coles were wonderful to work with - calm, professional and friendly. A process that we were anticipating being quite stressful in fact was very well managed and easy to navigate. I would wholeheartedly recommend this company.
I highly recommend this Company. We have just moved back to the UK from Canada and J A Coles handled the shipment from when our goods arrived in Felixstowe, to being delivered to our home. Daniela was excellent, keeping me informed at every stage and giving advice and guidance, to make sure that we had everything in place to clear Customs efficiently. The Removal Crew arrived early on the day of delivery, put protective cover on the carpets and worked quickly, efficiently and professionally. They were helpful, friendly and accommodating. The whole experience definitely reduced the stress of moving!
JA Coles were like poetry in motion! I moved from London to Brighton and at all points in the process from the quotation with Geoff to the final box being delivered to my new house, it was seamless and professional. I felt in excellent and safe hands from beginning to end. My great thanks to Daniela in the office who is fazed by nothing and to Tony, John, Craig, Ali and everyone who packed and unloaded, all amazing.
From start to finish JA Coles were amazing. It was great to have an actual person come and assess my move and provide the quote. I wouldn't of thought this was important to me but having done a few online this was much easier and I feel more accurate. Daniella in the office was so helpful and responsive. She made it clear what I needed to pay for and what I didn't. The removal teams were great, friendly, helpful, professional, arrived promptly and did an amazing job. I had a complicated move with 2 weeks in storage which JA Coles sorted and did a good price on. Definitely a 5 star service and prices were fair.
This is just a note to say how brilliant Tony and the team from Coles were for our move. It was a real lorry load of stuff to move (plus some plants and beds in another one) and must have been really hard work, especially on the Wednesday when it absolutely poured down. And yet they were totally friendly and professional all the way through. We would very happily recommend them to anyone who was moving.
The service provided was absolutely fantastic. Every single one of the men who packed and moved us were helpful, polite, fast working and extremely careful with our belongings. They could not have worked harder, and they made the whole process so smooth. I have already recommended you guys to two of my neighbours who are moving soon and I would not hesitate to recommend you again!
I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation for how smoothly the move was handled by Coles team. They were not only courteous and friendly but also went above and beyond by assisting me on a couple of occasions when I didn't expect it and most needed it. The whole process was managed very well considering it was a 2-step move with storage needed in between properties. Daniela handled communication efficiently and effectively. Great team work!
OUTSTANDING! From start to finish the professionalism of the team was outstanding. The only company of 5 asked to tender who actually came to survey our home prior to packing to give us an all in cost for the removal. Daniela was brilliant running everything like clock work from HQ, she even managed to juggle very late changes in vehicle size due to access restrictions seamlessly. On the day, the crew headed by Tom, with Conrad, John and another gentlemen arrived bang on time, nothing was too much of a problem for them, no arguing, no swearing, just a slick operation by moving professionals, lots of laughs along the way, but boy they worked their socks off without a murmur of complaint - And we had heaps of kit to go to the third floor too! I very rarely write reviews; however the service we received was simply exceptional and for something so stressful they made this part of our move so easy it was superb. Don’t waiver, book them!
Our whole experience was brilliant and we’d use them again in a heartbeat. They provided plenty of boxes and bubble wrap and came out the night before our move to deliver extra when we ran out. The team that helped us on moving day were so polite, professional and accommodating. It was a long day because we were moving outside London but everything ran like clockwork, they worked great together as a team and think they were still in good spirits by the end!

We have just moved with J.A. Coles and the whole experience was fantastic. From the excellent friendly communication of Daniela to the guys on the day who were brilliant. It could not have gone any better and we will happily use them again in the future (although hopefully not any time soon!)
Daniela has been super helpful and responsive over the last few weeks. She dealt with any questions or queries I had efficiently and ensured I had delivery of my shipment in the timescale given. On the day of delivery the team were fantastic and flexible and a special thanks goes to Danny who was just amazingly helpful and friendly and made the whole delivery very easy!
Third time I've used Coles - this time for a long distance move. I used them for packing, moving and unpacking. They were very organised, quick to respond, hard working and professional. Although this wasn't the cheapest quote I went with Coles because I felt they would do a great job and I trusted them. They did indeed do a great job & I am very happy with the services provided. i have used the company twice now buying and selling properties. i have to say all team members are so professional and accommodating. they have made it so smooth for me , doing it all alone has never been so easy they truely are the best and myself and my family will always use them. thank you for making my move smooth and stress free.

J A Coles has done an excellent job with our move - they have been very professional and helpful through the whole moving process: from dealing with the customs and all the paperwork, to packing and transporting everything, and finally reassembling the furniture back at our final destination. The staff was very competent, always available to answer our questions, well organized, and also very friendly. It was a delight to work with them! I would definitely recommend them!

Coles are an excellent removals company who packed and moved us within N16. The guys were really hard working, relaxed and very jolly which really helped on the move day. Would highly recommend !
