I called Joel removals at the last minute on a Sunday and they still provided an excellent service - everything was seamless from start to finish, the driver was extremely helpful, the van was large and clean, contact with customer service was prompt and efficient - I couldn’t recommend them more! Thank you so much. This is the best moving experience I’ve had in London (I’ve done it 4 times!). Benjamin and Aaron arrived on time and immediately got to work, they were resourceful on how to secure everything and even let me ride in the van with them so we could speed up the process on delivery. At the delivery location, they also were incredibly careful with my stuff and were more than happy to carry my stuff up the stairs. We highly recommend Joel Removals. We had been let down by another removal company and had experienced rude removal companies in the past. Dupsy was so helpful getting everything booked in and patient with me & a car full of loud kids! Wow! I would definitely use Joel’s movers again. Dupsy arranged everything for us, the movers were so nice!! I was so stressed as we moved from third floor to another third floor no lifts but the movers did not complain at all!! Lovely people and so experienced and careful. Just brilliant! Benjamin helped us move a small mountain of boxes to a storage facility today. He arrived on time, was really friendly, proactive and helpful in getting our stuff into the van and out. He made a huge task feel like a total breeze! Dupsy at the office was also very helpful and replied to our queries very fast. Really happy and would 100% recommend this company.

Great experience. We needed to move some furniture and boxes from storage to our home on New Year's Eve and made a last minute booking the day before. Very easy to book, with very clear communication, and I think a reasonable price. The two removal guys (Lee and Ben) were courteous, punctual (in fact early) and good humoured. Most importantly, they showed real care and professionalism with the items. We've had some really stressful experiences with removals in the past so this was a breath of fresh air.

We highly recommend Joel and his workmates. They shifted our household items containing antiques and a heavy awkward-to-carry carousel containing many technical items to our first floor flat. I used Joel removal services help me carry out a move from a friend’s place (where I was keeping my stuff) to my new flat. I had a few issues with my original place, like sending the team the wrong postcode and their van not fitting in the underground storage. These two guys Jo and Aaron were exceptionally. They looked after my things so well. They are very organised and arrived on time. Am under a lots of stress at the moment but they made the experience great for me by providing a conducive environment. They were kind, caring , and extremely professional. Very fair price I thought, especially for London. The whole experience was smooth and pain-free. The mover was even five minutes early! Will definitely use again.

We had a particularly awkward sofabed to get up two narrow staircases. We tried to do it ourselves and got it stuck. We rang Joel Removals at 5.30pm, spoke to Dupsy who was extremely helpful and she arranged help for 7.30 the next morning. We were lucky enough to have Ricky and Aaron who arrived early and were amazing! Under Ricky’s brilliant direction, they managed to do this difficult job promptly, patiently and in very good humour.
