Amazing experience from start to finish. The customer service organising the quote with Shannon to the removal team who arrived and packed the day before and the team who delivered the day after. We had soooo many stairs and they never complained. They took down our wardrobe and bed and put back together. Great service for a 1.5 bedroom flat! Local team too - support small local businesses!

I had probably the best customer experience that I can remember with London Removals. Troy and Shannon in the admin team were a pleasure to communicate with and incredibly helpful and considerate (my timings were messed around with by the rental agency a couple of times). Ugo and Emmanuel the movers were both incredibly impressive with how they moved the heavy items but also in how they packed small, delicate items. They're both such nice guys they somehow managed to make the moving process actually enjoyable! I'd love to work with the team again and will be recommending to friends and family.

Moving house is very stressful and made worse when unsure of what to take and if items can be removed. We had challenges of doorways, awkward stairways and uncertainty about dismantling. The movers made our experience trouble free with patience and professionalism. They were very efficient and everything arrived safely. More importantly our booking was last minute and the London Removals Team was very accommodating. This flexibility was very important to make the move successfully. Just used London Removals to pack all of my furniture and everything in the house for an oversees move. They were very professional, punctual, and experienced. They also took any comments about fragile wrapping into account. The quotations were fair, and the Troy from the central office was always responsive. The London Removal Co were excellent! We hired a removal van with two guys as we had our toddler with us on moving day. They were brilliant and got to the job straight away. Worked non stop until we were moved in and there was a lot of back and forth lifting for them which they did with smiles on their faces as they said this is nothing we do this every day! Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that they turned up 40 minutes late which caused some anxiety in the morning of our moving day. It all worked out well in the end as they arrived at our new property at the exact time we got our new keys!

It was the first time using LRT and I would highly recommend. I’ve moved several times, but on this occasion I used the dismantling and reassembly service. The team worked so hard to move the contents of my one bed apartment, despite the challenges with lift and parking access. I was recommended to London Removals Team which I spoke to a guy name Troy I needed a removal van as soon as. Before I knew it I got a date of my choice I must say he sent 2 guys they were professional quick and well organised . I had a 2 hour slot and they nailed it . I like to thank Troy and his Team because they are reliable friendly, helpful. I can't fault them one bit i give them 100%. ( my case was urgent and I thank god I had called them ). .Keep up the good works guys.

The only thing they did well was schedule us in last minute as we had some issues with receiving keys to our new home. The moving team was extremely unprepared for the job. They showed up late both days (one for packing and one for moving) and didn’t finish until midnight the second day since they underestimated the scope of the job. Our contract included disassembling and reassembling furniture, but they didn’t bring any tools to do so and relied on me to provide them (without stating in advance). Since moving took so long the team didn’t even assemble all the furniture back on delivery. Boxes were put in the wrong rooms on delivery even though I was clear as to which boxes go into which rooms. They complained about bringing anything to the top floor and left most of the items I asked to be put in our top bedroom on lower floors. I would have rather paid more for a professional team that would have done the job correctly.

I’ve used London Removals twice now and both times they were very professional. Troy helped me move from Greenwich to west london and the whole experience felt easy and smooth. I was quoted a fair price and like clockwork, the move took 3 hours. Highly recommend!

This is the second time we've used Troy and both times him and his guys were incredibly helpful, dilligent, tidy and quick. They carried furniture from our 3rd floor walk up flat without any complaints and were cheery and friendly throughout. I would happily recommend these guys.

Cannot stress enough how absolutely amazing Dwight, Darren, and Vito were. We had a LOT of stuff to move on a very hot day, and the guys were quick, professional, and got on with it with a smile on their faces the whole time. After a different delivery company cancelled on us on our moving day we called London Removal Company to see if they could do the job at last minute. They arrived within one hour of calling them, which was incredible. It was excellent value for money (much more affordable than all the other companies we looked at) and the two movers were so speedy, efficient and friendly. I recently used London Removals Team to move from my 2nd story flat into a new house. I was apprehensive about who to use to transport my belongings as I hadn’t moved for a long time but after reading the reviews I decided to give them a go. It was the simplest process from start to finish. The team were incredibly responsive to my calls / emails and answered all questions with the right level of detail. On moving day the text ahead of arrival ensured we were ready to go, and the support in moving belongings was exactly what we hoped for. This included accommodating an early morning start on a Sunday to ensure we had quiet streets outside the flat as we packed the van. All the belongings were carefully packed into the van, and I could see that they were all being given the attention they needed to ensure no damage or chance of them falling / moving during transport. The unloading process was equally professional with all items delivered to the appropriate rooms and with the right balance of care and speed to ensure we could then get on with our unpacking. The pricing was also very competitive and it was much easier to get a quote than the other companies I tried. I would highly recommend using London Removals Team in future and will be sure to do so myself next time I move.

Thanks to Richard & Andy for helping me with my flat move yesterday! They were super quick, friendly, and efficient. They took care of all the fragile boxes I had and made sure nothing got damaged or dirty. They even fixed some furniture I had (badly) assembled myself!
