I experienced first hand customer service from inception to completion with NGS. Their movers were not only able bodied but hard working as well leaving my place in order before leaving. I recommend their services to anyone who might need their services.

I am disappointed to say that their customer after-care is non-existent. Despite having a decent removals service, a few items were damaged. I reported these via WhatsApp, two emails and 3 phone calls and noone has responded to anything. Today when I have called the phone is being hung up on. Clearly NGS have now flagged my number on their system as "do not answer". This is extremely disappointing. If you cannot follow your own claims policies, noone should do business with you. Completely against any consumer rights.

I found NGW Removals to be a very reliable company. I was able to have all my questions answered before booking and the communication was very professional and polite. No pressure was felt to getting booked in but once I did book they were very helpful in getting it all set up. L I booked there services for a house move on a bank holiday which was extremely handy for me, the company kept me informed about the process and updated me regularly. On the day of the move I was given a time frame for when the man and van would arrive and he was on-time. He was very polite and extremely helpful. My step dad was helping with the move and the van driver was very friendly towards him too. Very chatty and had a good sense of humour. My step dad was very impressed that he has considered using the service himself for his next move.

NGS removal guys provided an excellent service. From booking to the actual removal was really smooth. Despite the long and intense hours of packing and travelling. Nothing for them was too much trouble. I had to reschedule several times within five months and they were understanding and accommodating. I highly recommend NGS removals. They provided a top service and were always ready to help. I just want to express my gratitude for all the help and support and service provided by the removal guys and the admin and booking team!

NGS Removal were fantastic. The coordinator was very patient and understanding with me especially considering I messaging on an almost fortnightly basis to rearrange due to the difficulties with the sale. The moving team kept in touch with me so I knew when they'd be arriving and when they did arrive, they were great - very efficient and friendly. I have been very impressed with them and will definitely be booking with them again to move my belongings out of storage. 100% recommend.

Don’t use this company! Horrible service, charged double than they said they would because they “turned up with a smaller van”. Things were broken during the move. Horrible

WARNING: they threatened me with legal action for leaving a negative review, which is my genuine and honest experience. Go with a company registered with the National Guild of Removers, not these guys. Or at least read the terms and conditions in full very carefully. The prices on their website don't include VAT so was much more expensive than anticipated. Not transparent at all. Would have bailed at this point but had paid a £30 deposit. Spent too much time on Friday prior chasing to check that they were coming on Monday. Kept going through to people saying that they get someone to call me back, in the end someone had to message me on their day off. They sent a confirmation email through for the booking which I clicked yes on. Turns out it meant I was agreeing to a van upgrade for an extra £15 an hour. Again, not transparent. They couldn't fit our fridge freezer in the van so we had to leave it outside. It's frustrating because we kept saying we can do two trips but they insisted that it was fine when evidently it wasn't. Broken chest of drawers. Their terms and conditions say that they don't pay for breakages. Scratched floor because they didn't use proper covers when moving the sofa. They said they'd sort it but didn't. They later denied that this was their fault when I watched the metal leg of the sofa scrape across the floor and a freshly made scratch mark follow behind it. All issues were flagged at the time and we explained the problems on the phone afterwards. They came across as very defensive and made claims that weren't true. They contacted me multiple times since threatening legal action if I don't take this review down. I wonder if they do this to everyone?? This all added a lot of stress to an already stressful situation. They left an hour early, I guess they count the time taken to get to us as billed hours?? The guys were very personable and I was impressed with them carrying everything out and in again but this wasn't enough to save the company from the 1 star rating. Side note, it's interesting that most of their reviewers have only have one or two reviews to their name. The experience I had was so different to what they describing.

Fantastic service. Good price. No hidden extras. Arrived on time. Professional and friendly service. I can highly recommend. The three men that handled our relocation were excellent. I was really expecting there to be all sorts of problems but the movers handled everything with no fuss at all, nothing was damaged or went missing, and everything was done way faster than I expected. I recommend the packing service as the lads packed everything and brought all the boxes along saving alot of hassle and well worth the money. Everyone turned up on time and they were professional and helpful at all times making the move alot less stressful.

This was by far the best moving experience I've had. The staff were efficient, professional and ensured a safe and careful move. I had concerns over certain fragile furnitures but the team did an excellent job in transferring them. The customer service team were very friendly and helpful during the booking process. I would highly recommend!

They did a great job helping me move my furniture into my new house. The team definitely didn’t come to mess around. As soon as they came in they started working fast, however they were still very gentle with my belongings. Only issue I had with the team is that they refused to have a little something to eat and drink but they are very kind and respectful.

The removal service was great from start to finish. Reasonably priced and they took care of everything we needed such as dismantling and putting back together furniture. Very efficient move on the day. Big thanks to the Nima Group Services team.

I was recommend them by a friend as I was looking for someone to clear out a few things I had and deep clean as I was moving out. I just have to say they were fantastic they completed the job fast but also everything was on point. I must say I was shocked myself when I saw the end result the house looked brand new as if no one had lived there. I would 100% recommend them and I will also be using there service again for my new home. Thank you for a fantastic service.
