The only company I found in my area which could be flexibel, easygoing and very friendly. Other companies did overcomplicate things and were more expensive. Thanks to this company I found a great solution, good price and professionalism. My move went really smoothly ? Many thanks again!

It's taken me 1 year to write this review. I was so traumatised by the moving experience that it has taken me this long to sit down and write. We moved from Zurich to London in 2022. We did a video tour and was given a quote. Everything was clearly shown to the "nice lady" at Optimus. We decided to go with them as their website says that they have experience moving internationally plus they will dismantle and set up furniture back up. On the day of the move, the first truck arrived 3 hours late, the second 6 hours late. We noticed that they did not covered our furniture with cloth as promised. 2 days later, we received a call that the trucks got a fine at the swiss border for overloading. Optimus threatened to leave all our belongings at some warehouse several hours away if we don't pay the fine that was in excess of £1000 PLUS additional cost for getting a third truck. The cost is now double of the original quote. They blamed us for overloading the truck despite us showing them everything we had. They claimed that we should know how much our furniture weight *SHOCK* Most of our furniture were Ikea stuff!!!! The "nice lady" was nowhere to be found. I was put on a call with a crude guy who kept threatening to leave our things in the middle of nowhere. In the end, we paid as we felt we had no choice. When the trucks arrived at our London home, fights broke out amongst the workers. We found out that Optimus hired Polish truckers (and paid them peanuts) while charging us London moving price. The 3 trucks were from 3 different groups and were not working together. It was an absolute nightmare where at one point, the moving men refused to work. In the end of the 6 men who came, 2 stayed behind and put up 20% of our wardrobe and claimed they were too tired to continue and promised to return the next day. No one came back.....ever. Our calls and emails were ignored. So much of our furniture were broken when they arrived. Scratches scarred our table and shelves. Words cannot described how we felt. We were exhausted beyond belief. Please stay away from these scammers.

The team went above and beyond on our moving day. They were friendly, efficient and finished in less than the quoted time. Optimus Removals very quick to respond and made everything as smooth and relaxing as it could be.

We used Optimus for an office removal. Everything was so easy - especially with Steve's help and all the guys done a great job on a Saturday morning for us - so no disruption to our business

The movers were punctual and professional. They disassembled and neatly reassembled all the furniture at the new place. The guys were friendly, kind and finished everything quickly. 5 stars
