I needed to move a piano on short notice across London and was delighted to find this company. They replied quickly and concise, the quote was within my budget (probably on the low end). The speed and quality of setting up this transportation put me at ease. The movers who brought me my piano were polite, confident and absolutely great. My piano arrived in perfect condition and was placed exactly where I wanted it. There was no attempt to rush or "get it done". I can not emphasis the importance of using professionals who've done this a long time. The three guys doing the job barely hat to talk to each other, it was like watching a well seasoned team doing magic. Kosh, thank you and your guys!

I wanted this to be great - but it wasn't. 1) they bring you in with competitive pricing but rip you off at every corner once they have you: - Want Saturday delivery as promised?: Pay extra or pick it up yourself - 30 min of extra work?: 200 Quid 2) They say they're art storage experts but paying to unpack the art results in unsafe handling (see pic) 100% would NOT recommend. Worth going with actual professionals - you'll end up paying the same after all.

Pers moved us out of our family home during a 1 year renovation and then back again two weeks ago. It was a fairly complex move with items going to a rented house, moved around the existing house and we also used Pers storage service. The team did a great job. Polite, hard working and nothing was too much trouble. I really appreciate this. It’s impressive that the company has maintain these high standards as we used Pers 9 years ago and had a good experience then so to repeat the high quality service over this time horizon is worth noting. We had a sideboard to remove from the first floor of a block of flats that needed lowering over a balcony. Pers removals were professional from start to finish; firstly checking they could undertake the work before taking the commission and then making the removal along with other furniture carefully and courteously. They removed the items to their new location with the minimum of fuss and left everywhere clean and tidy.

The removal team was excellent. They really took a lot of the stress out of moving. They willingly moved out bits of furniture that the previous owners had left in the house and moved around items of furniture from one room to another before they started bringing our furniture in. They offered to re-locate items of our furniture from one room to another if we subsequently decided that we didn't really want it where we had originally thought. They couldn't have been more helpful. We would definitely use Morris again, except we aren't moving again anywhere any time soon! David and Jill Parry

Excellent service from start to finish. Have used them twice now, once for a local move and the other for a cross-country move and can’t fault either of them. The removers were efficient, lovely and thoughtful with all items they were packing & unloading. The customer service team were also great with all questions asked. Highly recommend!

Just a note to say a HUGE thank you to everyone at Pers Removals for their hard work and efforts with our move on Thursday and Friday. Janis, Mark, Richard and the rest of the team were so kind, helpful, efficient, friendly and polite and did a wonderful job. Both the administration staff and the removal team completely took the stress out of our move and gave us time to not only enjoy the last few days in our old house (and neighbourhood) but also enjoy our new home from the minute we set foot in the door.
