Incredible service and an incredible team. Myself and my husband used Reed Removals for our half way up the country move and they were absolutely amazing, so professional and they went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Harley especially just made the whole experience so straight forward and nothing was too much trouble. We had a slight hiccup on move in day with the keys but the team waited patiently and never made me feel uncomfortable about it at all. They were very understanding which after a 4 hour drive must've been tedious, however they managed the situation fantastically. We've had no issues with anything and we would certainly recommend this company to everyone now. We have already decided when we move next time, we will be using this company. I also just want to say Mark was incredible too, fantastic communication and really made an effort to build rapport, this stood out to me and ultimately made us go with this company. They also made packing easy, we decided to pack everything ourselves and quickly realised we would need more boxes so Mark hand delivered them himself to our property along with packing tape. A huge thank you to the team for making our move so straightforward and quick. I'm sure my review speaks volumes and I will be recommending them to everyone I know. Thanks guys!

An extremely professional, friendly and respectful company, Reed made our move as stress free as we could of hoped for. They have a 100% can do approach and took care of everything; nothing was too much trouble. We needed to coordinate the move around some buildings works on the same day which was not ideal, but the guys were so accommodating and didn't let any obstacles faze them, which certainly took the pressure off of us and for which we were very grateful. We would have no hesitation recommending them to anyone needing removals services in the future. 5 ’s all the way......thank you!

The move out of my old property was seamless and fast, however, the reason for the drop of a star was that I only had Dale for the unloading at the other end until someone became available from another job quite late in the day. There was a genuine reason for the lack of staff at that point and luckily my son was on hand to help, unfortunately this put me a bit behind. They were very apologetic and we were compensated for the inconvenience. Despite this little hiccup I would highly recommend Reed because of the personal, friendly and professional service they provide.

We moved house back in April and Dale, Harley and Rob were brilliant. We used the packing service and have since opened the boxes to find everything well wrapped and undamaged. On the moving day the team were efficient and a barrel of laughs. We could not have asked for more. Nothing was too much trouble and they made the wait for our keys throughly enjoyable! From our first interaction with Jon, we were impressed with his professionalism and willingness to help us in any way he could. We did our own packing as we only have a small place but Olly, Rob, and Dale moved us out of one house and into the other (90 minutes away) seamlessly. What a brilliant removal company. From calling on day one to arrange a quote to after the removal day I am over a 100% happy. Everything so smoothly and the guys on the day where great nothing was to much and they always checked if I was happy. I can not praise them enough
