The process from booking through to the move itself was really easy with top notch service at every step. Kay and team were amazing on the day as we moved everything from our flat into storage. They were friendly and efficient throughout, and even went above and beyond to help re-wrap and dismantle our sofa when it couldn't fit through the door! I can't stress how amazing of a service I recieved from Kay and Musty. The removal heroes who came to my rescue when my treatmil needed relocating. We had trouble finding a team capable of dismantling until I found them on Google. Wish we contacted them for our complete move as they were simply lovely. Dismantled my large treadmil, packed it safely and assembled it back at my new property. All within a last minute booking I made in the morning. Very thankful and will absolutely recommend their services.

I had forgotten how stressful moving is, as my last move was two decades ago- but this wonderful team of superheroes not only took care of my belongings as if they were the most precious things on earth, transported my old, heavy piano with so much ease and gentleness, (as if helping an elderly lady across the street) but also reduced my stress considerably with their positivity, patience and grace. What a great team, from Sherrie organising the pick-up and time to Taz, Ali and G who were really on the ball with all our needs for getting our belongings into storage. After our initial house fell through, we found a place last minute and had quite a lot to move. Removal Remedy have just been absolutely outstanding from begining to end. This was honestly a great experience from start to finish, my initial attraction to Removal Remedy was the pricing and how great Sherrie was to deal with over the phone. She made everything very easy and was on top of the entire process. There were no nasty surprises on the day because Sherrie was very open and honest when quoting for the works. This friendly and warm approach was echoed by the team who came to move our belongings. Max and his team were great from the moment they arrived, a friendly and personable group of lads, they were fast and efficient. One of our neighbours came out to have his little say about where the van was parked and they dealt with this in a polite and professional manner. In the time allocated they repacked some of our boxes to make the move easier and also the unpacking a lot easier. They took great care of our valuables and were careful not to damage the building as they worked. From start to finish the entire team from office to field were great and made our move a stressless exercise. I cannot recommend them highly enough and have already passed on their details to my brother who is moving next month.

Big thank you to the Max, Kay & Gee who moved an extremely heavy and unwieldily stone bath up the stairs in our Victorian terrace. We used Removal Remedy for a move from a 4 bed property and they were very professional and reasonably priced. They were clear about their process and the charges, and worked very quickly, loading everything up carefully. The team is very friendly, and we would recommend them without reservation. Helped us move a fully furnished 2 bed house into storage. Guys were very friendly, efficient and professional, and from time of arrival to everything being packed in storage was exactly 3 hours, including a 15 minute drive. Offered to wrap our mattress and sofa as we had run out of wrapping, which they did for no extra cost, and everything was transferred over without a scratch. Would 100% use them again. Great value as well.

Removal remedy where to start with this company !! they arrived on perfect timing and they came with a great “can do” attitude. I had a team of four people working on my removal. They also offered to dismantle and reassemble my bed as I was behind. They was all very efficient and took great care of my property.
