Shazz and his team arrived promptly, were polite, friendly and extremely hardworking. We should have taken Jazz’s advice and booked the packing service as when they arrived we still hadn’t packed everything, nor did we have enough boxes. They went above and beyond, working tirelessly and helped make an extremely stressful situation much easier and for that I am eternally thankful.

Excellent service from Shazz and his team. They moved the contents of our two bed flat from south London to Sheffield in a day. They arrived bang on time, everything was packed perfectly and they worked quickly and efficiently. I have no idea how they managed to get it all in one van! They then put all our big furniture (mainly IKEA) back together in Sheffield and it all feels as sturdy as it did new. It was a long day, but the team did everything with a smile throughout. I initially had someone else lined up as it was recommended by a peer. However, RemovalEX beat their prices and the customer service with Shazz was top notch. Also, I saw that the reviews generally were very positive so I went with this company. I do not regret it. They arrived ready to work, with a clean and very large jumbo van. They did their very best to accommodate for all my crap and overloaded the vehicle to the top. Their tetris skills were remarkable. I moved from Richmond to Eastbourne and everything went smoothly. They worked quickly but with care for everything. I only found a very small scuff in one chest of drawer, but it can be hidden easily. Its a house move, something can always happen. Would work with them again for sure.

Fantastic guys and fantastic service. Used them for packing service and moving, they were the most competitive quote I found. They turned up promptly and packed up most of our house in only a couple of hours and were great the other side. Really honest and trustworthy too. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Shazz and the team were great. We hired them to pack and move us, and they arrranged for the packing to be done the day before and arrived with all the materials needed and packed (a lot!) of stuff carefully but quickly. This meant loading the van and then the move and unloading went smoothly the next day. They put everything in the rooms requested in the new place. The team were lovely and professional. We used Removalex to move us from a 3 bed flat to a house in August 2022. Shazz and the team were great to deal with and arranged a date once we knew the completion date - which was quite last minute. The team arrived on time on the day and were amazing - so quick and packed up all our things by mid-morning. We then had a long wait to get the keys and the team were very patient (even though it was one of the hottest days of the year!). Once we got the keys they moved everything in where we needed it. They also dismantled two beds and put them back up again perfectly. The price was excellent and beat two other quotes I received. They provided all the boxes and packing materials and we packed ourselves. They even came a week after to take back some of the boxes from us. We would highly recommend them!

Shazz and team were fantastic. In the run up to the move, Shazz kindly booked the necessary parking bay suspensions at both properties and was available with recommendations for cleaners etc. Excellent communication throughout. On the day of the move, the team turned up on time and packed up a 4 bed house in about 4 hours inc dismantling the furniture. They then loaded the van and moved us into the new property. Unloaded the van, leaving the boxes in the room we asked. Shazz also provided his team a pizza lunch and they invited me for a few slices too. The move was over in 7 hours. I asked Shazz a few days in once the boxes were unpacked if he wanted them to reuse for future moves and he came to collect them within a couple of days. Win-win. In summary, the guys are quick, helpful and professional. Highly recommended!

The guys were amazing - polite and friendly. They were prompt to arrive, packed everything in super quick time (including disassembly of furniture), managed to fit everything into the van by playing extreme Tetris. Then once we arrived at the new property, the unloading and reassembly of furniture was even quicker. Admittedly we were charged waiting time at the new property as our sale hadn’t fully completed, however that was our fault for not reading the T&Cs, but it’s something to be aware of. Would highly recommend Removalex.
