Excellent service from start to finish - highly recommended. My enquiry call was answered swiftly and I received a provisional quote immediately. After providing fuller details by email the full quote was emailed to me swiftly. The price was extremely competitive and when the timely, friendly, careful service was delivered I could appreciate what fantastic value for money Svet and his team provide. When moving house recently I chatted to Svetlin who was very helpful in planning the process. In the end I went with another company who didn't finish the job on the day, didn't come back the same day to collect the final few boxes, and weren't available to finish the job the following day (the last day of my tenancy). Svet and his wonderful team at Removalsure came to the rescue and helped move the final boxes at the last minute. They were on time, fast, helpful, and very friendly, and made a stressful situation a bit more manageable. In addition - Svet didn't even ask for an upfront payment or a deposit before the move or unload of goods. I don't know if that's standard but it was really helpful at such a stressful time. Thank you Removalsure, I will definitely come to you first next time!
I don’t know how to spell these two man’s name, but they’ve been really punctual, efficient, friendly and helpful. They said my job was not big as I don’t have many furnitures, but for me moving home is always very stressful regardless how many things you would need to bring with you. Their professionalism has helped to ease my anxiety, I would definitely recommend their service!
