Arranged for a very short notice next day removal service from Specialised Movers and had an amazing experience with them. Natalie was very accommodating and got me booked in quickly. This morning Ash and Blake turned up right on time and got my items moved out of my old apartment to my new house quickly and efficiently. They were both very professional and friendly. Should the need arise again, I'll be certain to go with them again, couldn't have hoped for better. Massive thank you to all for your hard work, great professionalism and quick turnaround.

Blown away by how good this company is. They helped when no one else could. We had a really heavy bath to move and they said no problem. Turned up with 6 men a glazer, scaffolding and a lorry with hiab. Took the window out and hoisted it through. All done quickly for an amazing price. Cannot recommend enough.

We approached Specialised Movers to help us with our home move at the last minute, after a different company let us down. After speaking with them in the phone and explaining our situation Specialised Movers we're able to check dates and turnaround a quote in one day which let us book them only a week before moving. On moving day we had the pleasure of Kyle, Dave and Blake who were funny, professional and extremely hard working. Everthing was packed up on the van on time, expertly arranged and made safe. On unload the team were quick and diligent, making sure to put our stuff in the right rooms and taking care of our new home. I highly recommend Specialised Movers based on the speed, diligence price and overall service.

Cannot fault these guys. I originally contacted Taylor's removals however they didn't have the availability at the site I contacted however Abi advised one of their other sites (specialised movers) had space for the date I required as it was short notice I was struggling to find anyone to move me when I needed it. Well I couldnt thank any of them enough. If it wasn't for Abi sorting it out with their other branch I'd have lost my sale and the whole chain collapse. On the day 2 lads from specialised movers arrived and well they barely stopped other than for a quick drink. All in all to load up an entire house, drive 15miles, stop for a quick lunch and then unload it took a total for 4 5/5hours.. Thank you so much

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Warning- they ADMIT fault but refuse to help as damages only seen after the 7day claim back on their terms and conditions, total disgrace!! The removal men damaged my chest of drawers so badly they hardly shut, I didn't choose to do anything about it until I saw the state of my expensive pot the man had literally put his fist through, they just apologise and say nothing they can do. Hardly professional removal company- too many damages, no care to your loved belongings, go elsewhere

Specialised Movers provided us with an excellent service when helping us move house. Steve was very professional and thorough when providing us our quote and gave good advice. On the day, the guys moving us were friendly and took great care to look after our belongings. They were also very patient when our keys were delayed during the sale process, which really helped during a rather stressful time. Thanks Specialised Movers!

The great experience started right at the start with the quote. Rob came out to do the quote and was polite and respectful whilst gathered all the details of the job. The quote was more than acceptable and we book in a week or so later. Along the journey of house buying we were delayed a couple of times (took 6 months in total) but that was no problem for Rob, I kept him updated and he just moved us in the calendar each time it was required. Removal day arrived and the two man team, Kev and Kieran, arrived with the van bang on time. They set up the van so their ramp was connected to our front door step and started packing. I have never seen a pair of lads work so hard in my life. They just kept going! Extremely professional at all times. As seemed to be standard with this move, we seemed to have issues even on moving day. The people we were buying from were delayed in moving out, We didn't completed until 2pm but the sellers weren't ready to move out. The estate agents spoke to them and explained the house isn't theirs now and they need to be out (long story, but they were finally out by 4.30 to 5pm). The reason I am telling you this is that during this delay both Kev and Kieren were fully understanding and professional. They didn't once complain to us about the wait or late finish it would mean for them. When we could finally get in to the new house they jumped to work unloading. We said to them to just dump the boxes in any room and we would sort it to save them some time as it was getting on but they insisted on taking them to the rooms we had marked on them. As I say, professional through the whole process. The unloading of the van was complete just after 7pm and the lads were just as professional and polite at the end as they were at the start. They really deserve more than the 5 stars I can give on here. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future and I will be recommending them to anyone I know who is moving.

We moved from Yorkshire to Devon last October. The 2 gentlemen that arrived on day 1 were with us on time. The vehicle was well presented and immaculate. They worked SO hard at each end of our move and were so patient and pleasant on day 2 as we didn’t get the keys to our new home until late in the afternoon. We would highly recommend this company for your removals needs

Very professional and efficient Very large house move over 4 days. Competitive quote and able to accommodate the short notice move. The guys arrived on time or early everyday and worked hard all day. Nothing was too much trouble for them and everything ran like clockwork. I wouldn’t hesitate to highly recommend Specialised Movers to everyone and personally wouldn’t use another company again!
