The customer service to arrange the move was excellent and professional, accommodating for my move with only a day's notice. The actual move was also extremely successful - the driver arrived 15min early, was kind, calm and professional, and did everything he could to shift the things, load the van, and help with shifting things in to the next destination - even finding another parking space to come to help shift things up the stairs.
