Great experience moving from a central London flat on the 4th floor on a high 20s summer Sunday. Jay and Vlad handled everything with care and were very polite and helpful. Great price as we only paid for the hours it took to move. Would highly recommend it to anyone.
We couldn't recommend Direct Professional highly enough. Every member of the team is friendly, hardworking, and they delivered exactly what they promised they would. Their quote was extremely reasonable compared to the many other companies we reached out to, and we have absolutely no regrets about choosing them. We did a 5 hour move from London up to the North West. DP arrived the day before to load everything up, including disassembling our furniture where necessary (but they only did what they had to, and most stuff was moved out in one piece, which is really helpful on the other side!). They'd previously arranged to send 2 people but after we sent a video of our flat, they sent a third as well - Jay, Vladimir and Peter were all absolutely great. Where they did disassemble things, they attached all the screws to the item, and made sure they'd be easy to replace, which was particularly important for us as we were moving our things into storage. Jay and Jordan then drove 5 hours the next day to put everything in storage for us, which they did incredibly efficiently, and were really happy to do anything else we needed, such as giving certain things extra wrapping. Costas in sales was also brilliant, answering all our questions promptly and in a very friendly manner, which really helped reduce the stress of the move. All the 5 star reviews they have are completely deserved - they're a fantastic team.
highly recommend - Top notch service. They literally take the stress away from moving. From the first moment of contact (Costas in Sales) all the way through the end. They know what they are talking about and show it in practise. I had 2 teams of 2 (Petros, Jordan, Jay and Vladimir) and they were super knowledgeable, transparent, efficient and personable. Direct Professional Removals have provided my family and I with a fantastic high level of service on a number of occasions with the most recent being earlier this morning. Peter kindly agreed to come over to veiw our property at very short notice in order to discuss and reassure us of how he and his team would assist us on the day of the scheduled move. During the removals process I found Peter and his colleague to be very professional, helpful, proactive and polite. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who has never previously used a removals company before and will definitely ! be using them again in the very near future. Excellent service. I used them to pack up my large 2 bedroom apartment while i was in Italy. They moved everything from London to Stratford Upon Avon. A few issues arose which they quickly provided solutions for & video called me a number of times to show progress. Couldn't recommend enough.
I am very grateful that my first experience using a moving company has been so amazing. Peter and his team maintain a high standard of professionalism from start to finish. I was highly impressed about the efficiency of the movers with how they took care to ensure no damage was done to the furniture and my property (they were moving a large sofa through the house). To say I am impressed is an understatement in all honesty. Peter was very polite and really understood my moving situation. What was a big headache became a very smooth process thanks to Peter and his team. I would definitely encourage others to use this service!

I had such a positive experience from beginning to end with Peter and the team! Very professional, helpful, punctual and friendly. I used this company for full-service packing on one day and the move itself the next, and it was the smoothest moving experience I have ever had. The team showed genuine care and experience when packing our items and moving our furniture in and out and made us feel at ease throughout the whole process. Can't recommend enough :)

Moving house can be a stressful time, and having a team of unknown people take all of your worldly belongings, pack them up and transport them to your new home forces you to place a lot of trust in them. Anastasia and Petar started us off by being very responsive, informative and flexible when planning the move, earning that trust. The removal teams themselves were fantastic. Really professional, incredible parking skills :-), so positive and energetic even when it got a bit stressful parking in our new place - honestly we couldn't have asked for anything more. Our family friend recommended the DP Removals, so we booked with them. The team arrived timely, packed our stuff with detailed instructions. They were so friendly, polite, and professional. The deal we got was very competitive. We are very thankful to them and recommend with no hesitation.
The movers were quick and efficient, however it would have been appreciated prior to the move if I was informed that the re-assembly of items would only be done if the removal men were the ones to dismantle the items beforehand. We dissembled items prior to the move to save time as we needed to be at the new property at a particular time. Despite being told that dismantling and reassembly was included in the price, it was frustrating how we were left to reassemble the beds, coffee table and sofas ourselves. Some items of furniture were also unfortunately chipped and broken.

I HIGHLY recommend DP Removals! They were so quick and efficient and very reasonably priced. We stayed with parents for a few months between moves and they moved us out, stored our belongings and brought everything to our new house when it was ready. We had the DPR helping us with moving to our new flat in London. Excellent and very professional services provided. I cannot recommend Direct Professional Removals highly enough. They were incredibly speedy without being rushed, careful and helpful. Friendly and well priced. They were also incredibly mindful of social distancing which was a real relief at this current time. I was nervous to book as its so difficult to know what services will be like online, but they exceeded my expectations and I would definitely use them again.I cannot recommend Direct Professional Removals highly enough.
