I had a fantastic experience with Jay, Phillip, and Price during my recent move. These three were not only extremely helpful but also impressively speedy and strong, managing to get all the bulky furniture up the stairs with ease. Their professionalism was evident in the way they carefully wrapped and handled everything. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a smoother moving experience. Highly recommended!

Wow - Peter and his team made a very stressful day into a dream. They were lovely, polite , prompt , super helpful, I couldn’t have asked for any better. They moved my mother from a large 3 bedroom flat from London to Bristol. They carefully packed every single one of her hundreds of China and glass antiques and transported everything in perfect t condition. When they arrived they re made the two beds and even put all the duvets and sheets back on them for her. I’ve moved a few times and no one has provided a better service - chose these guys if you are lucky enough to be able to book them!

I booked this company for removal services that including dismantelling furniture, delivery and reassembling the furniture. What can I say, Peter and his colleague arrived, protected my floors and got on with the job in hand. These guys are great! We had a last minute move and had to change the date a few times. They were very accommodating. On the day, Jay and Dobry turned up on time (earlier than their normal moves), packed everything and got us in the new house by 17:00. Great service, great price. Recommended!

We couldn't be happier with the 10/10 service we received from Direct Professional Removals and would absolutely not hesitate to recommend them to others. Jay and Dobri both put in a truly meteoric shift throughout, from an early 7am start to a 5.30pm finish. They moved and reassembled large, heavy items into specific rooms across a 3-floor house with no issues. Their attitude and professionalism made the whole experience of moving seamless, straightforward and stress-free, which definitely cannot be taken for granted when moving house. Really nice guys too who made the process as slick as possible when giving instructions of where things should go, etc. Direct Professional Removals's main office was also incredibly patient and went out of their way to be flexible and accommodate our move, which was regularly pushed back and delayed over several months. They handled a number of requests to extend moving dates without question and with total professionalism, and their response times to emails were always rapid. Customer care and support was clearly their top priority. 10/10 across the board, from a very happy customer!

Amazing service. 5 story house, narrow stair ways moved out of town (with parking limitations due to TFL) to different rooms in new homes. Very complex move with expensive art and furniture. Everything expertly packed with proper protection and great care taken. Wonderfully prompt communication during planning and on the move days. Guys were strong, capable and cheerful to work with despite some minor tweaks in end positioning.

I have used direct professional removals twice and both times they have been fantastic. The most recent time Jay and Jordan were on time (even arriving 15 minutes early) and took a lot of care to ensure nothing was broken during the move. Would definitely use them again.

Used these guys today to move homes, ended up doing two trips due to the amount of stuff we had but the guys were quick and efficient with loading and unloading that it didn’t take as long as we thought. They had all the right equipment and techniques to ensure our stuff was transported safely and unpacked wherever we wanted. I’d highly recommend using these guys to anyone looking to move home.

Great experience moving from a central London flat on the 4th floor on a high 20s summer Sunday. Jay and Vlad handled everything with care and were very polite and helpful. Great price as we only paid for the hours it took to move. Would highly recommend it to anyone.

We couldn't recommend Direct Professional highly enough. Every member of the team is friendly, hardworking, and they delivered exactly what they promised they would. Their quote was extremely reasonable compared to the many other companies we reached out to, and we have absolutely no regrets about choosing them. We did a 5 hour move from London up to the North West. DP arrived the day before to load everything up, including disassembling our furniture where necessary (but they only did what they had to, and most stuff was moved out in one piece, which is really helpful on the other side!). They'd previously arranged to send 2 people but after we sent a video of our flat, they sent a third as well - Jay, Vladimir and Peter were all absolutely great. Where they did disassemble things, they attached all the screws to the item, and made sure they'd be easy to replace, which was particularly important for us as we were moving our things into storage. Jay and Jordan then drove 5 hours the next day to put everything in storage for us, which they did incredibly efficiently, and were really happy to do anything else we needed, such as giving certain things extra wrapping. Costas in sales was also brilliant, answering all our questions promptly and in a very friendly manner, which really helped reduce the stress of the move. All the 5 star reviews they have are completely deserved - they're a fantastic team.

Excellent service. I used them to pack up my large 2 bedroom apartment while i was in Italy. They moved everything from London to Stratford Upon Avon. A few issues arose which they quickly provided solutions for & video called me a number of times to show progress. Couldn't recommend enough.

Our family friend recommended the DP Removals, so we booked with them. The team arrived timely, packed our stuff with detailed instructions. They were so friendly, polite, and professional. The deal we got was very competitive. We are very thankful to them and recommend with no hesitation.

The movers were quick and efficient, however it would have been appreciated prior to the move if I was informed that the re-assembly of items would only be done if the removal men were the ones to dismantle the items beforehand. We dissembled items prior to the move to save time as we needed to be at the new property at a particular time. Despite being told that dismantling and reassembly was included in the price, it was frustrating how we were left to reassemble the beds, coffee table and sofas ourselves. Some items of furniture were also unfortunately chipped and broken.
