When i called i spoke with Brian Donaldson personally and agreed a very reasonable rate.
Brian and his assistant were efficient, helpful and understanding throughout the process.
Once cleared, which included lifting the carpets and white goods, they swept and left the property in a move in condition for the next person.
i would not hesitate in using their services again or in recommending them to others.

[review_content] => I called several services to clear out a house in Penicuik, and Mr Donaldson (Brain) was one of the few to call back and was the most helpful on the phone. The work on the day was more than anticipated, but he was accommodating and still completed the work on time. Him and his guys did an excellent job in difficult circumstances and I would use him again for clearance or removal, and recommend him to anyone who has this sort of work to be done. The price was excellent given the cost to hire a skip not to mention the time and effort it saved me and my family.
